The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.

As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feel
Within the community there are 3 swimming pools,there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides.

Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.

This is a good standard 4 bedroom home with an ensuite master bedroom, and an additional 2 family bathrooms.

The sitting area is well furnished and comfortable and is situated around the family TV. There is a kitchen/breakfast area which is fully equipped with all utilities such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. There is also a dining area and laundry room, and the house is fully air conditioned.

Outside you will find your pool and deck which is situated on the 3rd fairway of the golf course, affording great views, not to mention that it is very peaceful. The deck is fully furnished for you to enjoy meals and drinks outside, as well as providing sun loungers for you sun worshipers. The pool is extremely inviting, especially after a long day at the parks and can be heated if needed.

This is a very comfortable home with plenty of homely touches making you feel right at home throughout your vacation.
