This spacious 3rd floor condominium in Long Beach Resort Tower III is perfect for your beach getaway. Long Beach is a gated resort located in the true heart of Panama City Beach. It is within walking distance to many popular restaurants and attractions, including Pineapple Willy's, Dee's Hangout, Barefoot on the Beach Bar & Grill, Sunrise Cafe & Bakery, Firefly, Rock'it Lanes, Royal Escape Room, & Axe Throwing PCB and only 5 miles from Pier Park. The resort offers guests 2 (heated) swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, poolside bar & grill, & BBQ grills.

There is no better floorplan in all of PCB! This updated condominium offers over 1,300 square feet of coastal living space. The kitchen features granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. There is an indoor dining table as well as breakfast bar seating. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf of Mexico, a flat screen television, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony. The gulf front master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen television, and its own private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also gulf front and offers guests 2 Queen size beds, a flat screen television, and its own ensuite bathroom. The living room sofa pulls out into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

- 2 Parking Passes are included with your reservation (this includes trailers & motorcycles). An additional pass can be purchased from the office for $35 (excluding the week of and after the 4th of July.)
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.

Exceeded Expectations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our 40 day stay at this beautiful condo on the beach! When we arrived we were delighted with the condo from the start. Each room had a beautiful view of the gulf that grabbed our attention right away. The condo was tastefully decorated with a beach theme and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The large kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pans, utensils and small appliances that we needed to prepare our meals. The bathrooms were large and each had a wonderful soaking tub as well as vanities with lots of storage . The staff we met were very friendly and kept the grounds and building very clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub on the property. We found the location of this condo to be very close to lots of great restaurants, shopping and attractions. Most were within walking distance! We are looking forward to returning someday to make more memories !
