Three Bedroom House With Optional Guest Cottage on large very tropical property

Steps from beautiful Kahala Beach, you will find your Estate. The house is surrounded by lush palms trees and ferns giving you the tropical feel that you came to Hawaii for.

The property is located in the coveted Kahala neighborhood, a five minute walk to luxurious Kahala Hotel and a ten minute walk to Kahala Mall where you will find restaurants, shops and Whole Foods market. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and a fantastic area for walking or biking.

The main house is over 3000 square feet and includes 3 bedrooms. A large master bedroom which also includes a sitting and tv area. Both the second and third bedrooms have large bay windows over looking the pool and the other looking out onto the lush landscaped property. The house is spacious with a Living Room and a Great Room to relax in. The pool in the backyard is enormous with lots of space to sit and enjoy the sun.

The house is very typical of old Hawaii, everything on one level, except a sunken living room, very warm feeling upon entering the home with lots of big windows throughout. Nearly every room in the home has a vaulted ceiling, which gives the house a very spacious feeling.

A Guest Cottage is also available with the property. The Guest Cottage has a private entrance leading back to a one bedroom with two queen beds and a complete kitchen. This is an additional property, #3656066 and can be added in conjunction with the main house for an extra fee.

The property has plenty of parking and is only a short two mile drive to Diamond Head lookout and state park. Just beyond Diamond Head is Kapiolani Park and the bustling Waikiki.

Location, Location, Location. Our property is located in the marquee location on Oahu. Across the street from the beach and the large beach park. A short five minute walk to the famous Kahala Hotel, where you can have brunch on the beach. Also, the property is close to Diamond Head loop where runners love to run around the volcano. Diamond Head is also home to a very popular local surfing spot. We have parking available on the property.

What makes this estate unique

Fantastic Location and spacious property both inside and outside the house. Unique to our property is the 17,000 square foot lot that is quite rare in Kahala. Lots of space to be outside and enjoy the lush landscaped property.

Awesome Hawaii Home

My family of 6 stayed for 3 weeks at Ryne's home. It's a beautiful and perfectly located home in Kahala. Our kids (all under the age of 5) enjoyed the pool daily and the enclosed lawn area was a perfect play area. The beach is a short walk across the street. We will surely return. Thank you Ryne!

Beautiful house in a Kahala

This was a great vacation rental, for our family of 10 with 4 girls 10,8,6,5 we rented the main house and the cottage which worked out great. The outside is amazing, great pool with 2 seating areas, and great landscaping (which my father really appreciated). We have a large family in Hawaii, the house was great the kitchen was great to cook in and we hosted a birthday party for 2 of the kids and invited our family to join us. The was plenty of room for everyone to sit and swimming was great. The girls loved their room with the loft. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone. The Master bedroom is great with sitting area and awesome master bath with spa tub. The cottage was perfect for 3 of us small but easy to use kitchen. Ryne was very nice and helpful and we appreciate him letting us host our Birthday party which was a memorable part of our vacation for the kids. Our family really enjoyed it as well when they came. Would recommend this rental to everyone! AC is great for a house in Hawaii! The only reason for the 4stars, we did have a few minor problems at the beginning, some lights were not working and no clear instructions for which light switch is for what, trash cans were full switch for main light in the kitchen was missing, the main bathroom pocket door didn't work well.

Our kahala home was our vacation highlight!

Ryne's home was our vacation dream home for 3 sisters, 2 brothers and a spouse, and our 87-year old mom!

This sunny, quiet and upscale neighborhood was close to waikiki, ala moana, hiking to diamond head and koko head and freeways to all parts of the island!

We enjoyed cooking mesls together in the spacious kitchen, doing cannonballs in the swimming pool while waiting for cocktails and our bbq meals in the private backyard! We enjoyed relaxing at night while stretched out on comfy couches in the downstairs living room with the breeze coming through the opened sliding doors! It was a a great inside/outside area!

For you runners and walkers...a great area to cruise along kahala or the beach to watch the sunrise! If you want to make sure you see turtles, sting rays and dolphins, walk to the kahala hotel! Ha ha!...it was a nice surprise for us!!!

Beautiful house in a great location!

First of all, I really would like to thank Ryne as he was so great at communication while I was planning my holiday - genuinely trying to help to make the holiday most comfortable and enjoyable.

The house itself, it was so clean and spacious in a beautiful neighbourhood- Kahala is one of the most exclusive areas in Oahu and just 10minutes drive away from Waikiki and 5minute walking distance from Kahala Resort Hotel. We enjoyed less crowded surrounding but still could enjoy the busy, lively Waikiki without any problem.

I rented both main house and the cottage for party of 13 including small children and a baby. Even we were a big party, we felt the house very spacious. We had two sitting areas and kitchen, outside garden which all could use a great gathering space together or separated. All rooms were big and very tidy/well maintained and had loads of wardrobe space which was great. Bathroom was very clean and tidy and kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was very big and maintained excellently - it has a light in the water so we could enjoy night swim as well.

Nearby the house (15 minute walk or 3-5minutes drive), there is Kahala Mall which has great shop collections and takeaway available restaurants and Whole Food market. I really recommand the Whole Food for grocery shopping or even takeaway meals. They were all very delicious and fresh.

And we went to have brunch at Kahala Resort Hotel looking out the beautiful beach which was really great. At Kahala hotel, even you are not their guest, you can still rent their beach lounger or even cabana. And I really recommend to go there to enjoy beautiful beach. I personally enjoyed more Kahala beach than Waikiki or Lanakai as it was quieter but still you could do all sort of activities from hotel activity centre - fishing, canoeing, surfing, standing up paddle boarding,etc. really good to have kids playing as well as the water is not deep and quite tranqil near the beachside. Kahala has also a public beach but I think it's really worthy to go to Kahala Hotel's private beach.

As it was my first experience to use Home rental holiday, I was very nervous but I can confidently say that Ryne is a really good communicator and trustful. When we were there, Linda was the person who helped us out as a property manager and she was so friendly and helpful as well. Always very easy to reach for anything...

We really had a great holiday this summer and definitely recommand this home for your holiday!

BEAUTIFUL!

The house, yard and pool were awesome! It accommodated all 12 of us pretty well, and was close to the beach, the mall, etc. The only challenge we had was that we arrived there during several of the hottest days they had, and we were locked out of using the central A/C unit. We called the property manager and she worked with us right away to make sure that we were able to activate the A/C and be comfortable in the house. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who is interested!

Wonderful Vacation Rental

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. It was spacious, clean, beautiful, and had all of the amenities that we could have ever wanted. It was also just a short walk to one of my favorite beaches. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely rent this home again.

The area surrounding the property has so many wonderful activities within walking distance. The very nice Kahala Hotel and Resort is just down the street and the brunch there is spectacular. Kahala beach is wonderful for relaxing walksin the morning. Kite surfers are in the ocean catching waves and are fascinating to watch as well. Our surrounding neighborhood is a great walking neighborhood to see the beautiful homes and manicured lawns and gardens.
