The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.

As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feel
Within the community there are 3 swimming pools,there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides. The lake has a small crocodile and I have seen people fishing there.

Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.

This 4 bedroom home is ideal for more than one family and it features 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom.

You will find a comfortable lounge area situated around the family TV and a fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes all modern appliances such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. The house also has laundry facilities and is fully air conditioned throughout.

Outside you will find your own pool and pool deck which is fully furnished and is partly shaded for eating outside comfortably. The deck is in a sunny spot so is the ideal place for lyeing on a sun lounger topping up your tan. The pool is heatable if you deasire.
