Cape Cod @ the Bonners

Our week vacation at the Bonner home in Falmouth, MA was all that it described and more. The house was clean; the description didn't do justice to the spaciousness of the accommodations!
The Bonners were very accommodating in being available for a "walk through" on the first day of the rental and made themselves accessible via phone or email if needed. They provided recommendations to restaurants and information on beaches and nearby attractions.
Although everything was near perfect, our family does prefer NJ sandy beaches - Old Silver Beach came close. Woods Hole tours were very interesting. We had a fantastic clambake provided by Shuckers Restaurant and would go back to the Flying Bridge Restaurant again.
We definitely would recommend this property to others; but not on the two (2) weeks we are renting next year!

Excellent family vacation house

We had rented this property for 4 weeks of stay in July 2011.
We had a party of two families with two little kids: 4 and 6 and grandparents.
So we had a grand total of 10 people at the house and it worked out great.
There was enough of kitchen utensils and sitting room at the table for everyone.
The location of the house is very convenient to the ocean beach as well as to the Great pond - great for kids! (not much for adults though). Stores are near by as well for food and shopping.
Great house in a great location!
The only negative for us was that the laundry machines were set up in the downstairs bedroom. Since we were staying for a long time there was a lot of laundry (plus we had to bring our linens and towels so those were washed too), the people who stayed in that room were exposed to e lot of traffic and smells of chemicals.
But that was the only downside of our stay.
