This renovated 100+ square-metre apartment is located in a beautiful heritage listed complex and boasts period features including high ornate ceilings and floor boards.

The apartment features a large north-facing deck complete with BBQ and outdoor setting, perfect for capturing both the sun and sea breezes. The dining area seats 6 and is combined with the living area with plasma TV. The stylish gourmet kitchen is well appointed and has stone benches and gas cooking.

**CAR SPACE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST**

If you're after a holiday with all the comforts of home, this property ticks all the boxes. So close to the beach, restaurants and shopping, a car is optional while holidaying here (parking available on request). Lets not forget about its proximity to the CBD which is only 15 minutes on the fast ferry service!

My husband Michael is a Lonely Planet travel photographer, so we really love travel, and love the fact that by renting our home out to travellers from around the world, our home is a little part of their happy travel memories too. We also love the beach and our place, and judging by our past guests, we think you will too! :)

We've always thought Manly Beach was the best place to be in all of Sydney, but we actually looked at over 150 places trying to find the right home before we saw this one- and instantly knew it was perfect! 10 years later, not a day goes by that we don't love it. It's really a special place and we're sure you'll see why when you stay.

We stayed in Manly at "Beach Pad Blue" in the middle of January 2015. The location was very convenient as it was near all the shops and restaurants; harbour beach, and ocean beach; and not too close to the main strip. It was an apartment that we loved- it was fully renovated, furnished, modern, spacious, bright and clean. Our family's favourite room was the lounge/dining. It was bright, warm and comfy. We found everything we could need in the apartment- including wine, and cold beers in the fridge (it was 35+ outside)! In the evenings we thought we'd struggle without an air-conditioner, but we used the portable fans supplied and with the ocean breezes, discovered in the morning that after all we had easy nights. I would like especially to mention the exceptionally responsive and supportive owners (Michael) and very friendly and helpful neighbours of this charming house. From the first minute of our arrival, we felt ourselves at home. The apartment contact (Nick) met us outside the building and helped to carry all our luggage in; provided a tour around the house, and was always just a phone call away if we needed anything at all. We look forward to returning in the future. Feel free to be in touch as we've stayed at a number of places over the years, but can definitely vouch for this one!
