Great Property - One Issue with our Experience

We rented this condo over our spring break. There were 4 of us: me, my mother, and my 2 children (teen and pre-teen). We really enjoyed the condo - it was well furnished and decorated, large enough that we all felt that we had room to move. The pool was nice and there was plentiful parking as well. It is also close to the beach, shopping, and fun activities. Everything went well with our visit except for one thing: we arrived late, about 1:30 AM on Easter morning and could not get in. ODVR (the company that manages the rental for the owner) had given us keys to get into our unit, but none to get into the complex. The emergency number we called was little help. As a result, we ended up staying at a local Fairfield Inn that night. We followed up with ODVR on Monday and it appeared to be an honest mistake. However, while ODVR apologized for the inconvenience, they did not offer to reimburse our night's stay at the hotel or go out of their way to compensate us in any way for our inconvenience. If it were not for this experience, I would have rated this at 5 stars as everything else that ODVR did was fine and the unit itself was great.
