Gina's House is composed of three floors.

Res-floor - Garage with a size of about 54m²

First floor with a size of about 77m² comprises recreation area consisting of a living room, dinner room, a WC, Kitchen / Laundry

In Living is unlevel has three large doors a large balcony overlooking the sea, the room contains sofas and TV, In dining room has a table with 8 chairs and a saidbord, toilet, kitchen with ample natural light completely and equipped terrace, access outdoor garden with flowers and a large tree ideal place for total rest.

On the second floor with a size of about 60m² is composed with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with private bath Jacuzzi, and another based shower on the top floor wiht about 55m², has a bedroom with double bed and one single, and 2nd TV room with bed extra.

Outside area

Outside in garden has garden furniture, sun shade and two loungers. The property is enclosed and suitable for children and dogs.

Gina's Villa is spread over three floors, with balcony terraces on almost every floor, beautiful views to the sea and the hillsides surrounding the property. The sun terrace adjacent to the kitchen has a large tree, so that you can sit in the shade should you wish. The property is situated in the beautiful village of Campanário, on the south east side of the Island of Madeira and is approximately 45 minutes from airport on the easily accessible motorway.

The local people will make you welcome, either at a small local bar where you can enjoy a drink or coffee. You can be in the center of the attractive city of Funchal or at a shopping cente

Nearest Airport : at 30 Km

The Route to the house from the airport is very easy is about 45m:

From the airport you take the motorway to Ribeira Brava,

Take the only Exit off the motorway to Campanario.

The house is not very far from that Exit. about 3/4 minutes

Go up, you will find a tunel in right,

Go up in tunnel and turn left.

Turn left again, (Estrada do Jardim) go down, the house is nº 87
