With a 5 minute walk to Long Sands Beach, you'll be sure to create family memories to last a lifetime. This home is under new ownership and we have put a lot of effort into making it a vacation home you will remember and want to come back to year after year! New carpet, refinished hardwood floors, remodeled bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom, central air conditioning. The interior of the home has been completely redone. Enjoy the large yard to play ladder ball, badminton, or just relax on the new 2nd story deck with 'peek a boo' ocean views. Ride your bike the short distance to Short Sands beach and enjoy York's Wild Animal Kingdom, the new beach playground, or one of the many seasonal restaurants. The provided beach toys, and outdoor games, along with the outdoor grill and lobster pot are sure to make your stay a truly memorable one.

We had the best vacation at the beach house.The house was clean and had all the little extras too. The kitchen had a wide variety of utensils, pots, pans and other supplies. The rest of the house was clean and very welcoming. The beach was 2 minutes from the house.Shops and sites are all close by. Definitley will return next year.being pet freindly was a huge plus!!! hard to find
