The House is an 8 minute walk to town, shopping, beaches and ferry. 15 minute bike ride/ 10 min car ride to Tashmoo beach--an Island treasure. Covered deck with teak table and chair set, gas grill and outdoor shower. Central heat and AC. Well appointed kitchen with new appliances. Flat-screen plasma with cable and DVD.
