5 Bedroom, 4 Bath- Sleeps 10- Perfect for a large group or family reunion.

Our elegant pool home is located within the prestigious Glenbrook resort community, just 15 minutes away from Disney World, 25 minutes to Universal studios and other theme parks. Easy access to Walmart, restaurants, pubs, and within walking distance to Sweetbay Supermarket, and Walgreens pharmacy

This fully furnished house with 2 master King sized bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms), 1 Queen and 2 twin bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms, two living areas, a formal dining area and breakfast table, will for sure make your private retreat a comfortable one.

The large screened swimming pool provides a comfortable and relaxing environment where you could warm up for the day or unwind and relax after a fun-filled day at the theme park . Each of the bedrooms has its own TV with cable in all bedrooms. Newly added in Dec 2012 is a Game Room that has an Air Hockey table, Pool table and Foosball table and a large screen TV. The home also features wireless broadband internet throughout.

The home is close to I-4 and US 192 providing easy access to all the tourist attractions, the Gulf Coast beaches ( 75 miles ), Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast (65 miles). Take in a round of golf at any one of the world class golf courses which are in close proximity of Glenbrook Resorts.

Glenbrook Resort house guests also have access to the community facilities free of charge which include a clubhouse, gym, game room (air hockey and pool table) and a media/movie room. Recreation on site includes volleyball, tennis, a large designer swimming pool and a children’s playground.

Why The Owner chose Legacy Dunes

As you can imagine, we spent many weekends in Orlando at the various parks and it was always a drag to have to drive back after a fun filled but tiring day. We decided to get ourselves a vacation home close to the parks- so we could avoid that. We enjoy it so much and would love to share it with you when we are not using it!!

What makes this villa unique

We found the Clermont area to be very centrally located and just the right distance from the parks. We love going to the big pool at the club house when we get bored of our own. We like the fact that we can just walk over to the grocery store.

This property was advertised with pool heat optional, we arrived and no heat for the pool. Contacted the owner for an adjustment on the rent, no dice. Cannot tell you how disappointed we were. The owner was aware the heater did not work. Before renting this property, be sure to ask. Have rented homes in the area for the past three years, never had a problem. BE SURE TO ASK IF THE POOL HEATER IS WORKING.
Owner's Response: Yes, it was unfortunate that our pool heater broke down during the guests visit. The guest did not request pool heat during booking and so we took the opportunity to replace it during their visit. The price for the rent was already severely discounted and we could not afford to give them a further rebate on something that had not been requested. We now have a brand new heater.
We do regret the inconvenience caused to these guests.

We stayed Jan 18-21 and this home was absolutely perfect for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We had 7 adults and 3 children and it never felt crowded! It had all the amenities needed to make you feel at home. We were in Orlando for a soccer tournament and it was so nice to come back to this house and relax while the kids still had plenty to keep them entertained. They loved the game room. Everyone asked if we could stay there again whenever we come back to Orlando! The location is fantastic...away from all the crazy traffic! The owners were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to be able to stay again soon!

The home was affordable, clean, safe, close to Disney! It was very spacious! The kids enjoyed thr toys and game tables in the garage! It was worth it! We will recommend it to our friends and would use it again!!

This unit was well maintained, with plenty of room. The owners are great to work with and very personable, the location is close to a lot of activities. I had several conversations with the owners and I assured them that I will rent this unit on my next trip to the sun shine state .As a foot note I travel with two other couples all over the United states for the last 10 years. I rate this rental right at the top of all our rental expeirences.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
