Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

If you want to take a step back in time, yet not want the amenities of today left behind, our condo is the one for you! We have all the comforts of home and then some!! Flat screen TV's, blu-ray player, a surround sound system, DVD players in each bedroom, Xbox 360, top-of-line cookware, and beautifully decorated! Don't worry about dragging the pool toys and beach chairs, either! You will have the full use of all of that, located in our storage unit in the building. We have 400 thread count bedsheets, beach towels and plenty of bath towels also! There are 3 large bedrooms with plenty of closet space and dresser drawers. You will have plenty of extra blankets and pillows, too! The bathrooms have ceramic tile and wood vanities. One bathroom has a large glass enclosed shower while the other has a glass enclosed jacuzzi bathtub.

There is a mudroom to keep all the sand on the outside! The kitchen is a chef's dream, with all of the appliances and gadgets we could find, including 2 coffee pots, George Foreman grill and a toaster oven. Our unit also includes a Graco portable crib and a highchair, so you don't have to travel with yours!

We have been coming to Sanibel for over 20 years, and finally realized our dream of owning a condo here in 2009. We spend 4 to 6 weeks per year here - this home is much more comfortable than our year-round home! We hope that you can see and appreciate our pride of ownership.

Great location, right on the water, beautiful views and wonderful beach. Very quiet and serene.

The owner was prompt in replying and working with us. The unit was as pictured and very comfortable. The added amenities that I truly appreciated was the added dishwasher and clothes washer detergent left for our use; most places give you just one. We did end up supplying more toilet paper, paper towels, and soap, but there were 6 of us and all over the age of 15. I wish I had asked if there were beach chairs, flotation devices, bicycles, etc. available for our use; perhaps that should be added to unit description. Overall, we were very comfortable and the unit is very well maintained. And yes we would stay again!
