Convention center, Pike Outlets, Long Beach Sports Arena, Aquarium of the Pacific, Performing Arts Theater, the Promenade, The Queen Mary, The Spruce Goose or Pine Street all are just a hop away.

The entire Apartment. 1 bedroom - QUEEN size bed, memory foam and a Pull-out QUEEN sleeper sofa also with memory foam mattress. Easily accommodate up to 4 adult guests. 1 bathroom with tub/shower.

All brand-new stainless-steel appliances, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. A Keurig coffee maker with pods, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and detergent tabs, washer, dryer in unit. Baby crib and highchair.

The bathroom tub/shower with linens along with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Hi-speed Wi-Fi, 2 - 58” TV’s, parking for 1 car in Parking structure on 1st floor. EV level 2 charging, elevator access to 4th floor

You will be provided a Key and FOB for entering and exiting the building. You will also be provided a Garage Access Transponder to access the parking structure after check-in.

Car not necessary. Everything is within 5 min walk. Plus, tons of public transportation. (Metro A Line Train, LB Circuit FREE Local Shuttle, Electric Scooters (Bird, Lime, VEO), Electric bikes/Standard bikes, Buses, Uber/Lyft, etc...)
1. Pets Clause: "No aggressive breads are allowed on the premises. Additional cleaning fees of $45 plus a $15 per day/per pet charge. Max of 1 pet"

2. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. “Only the guests staying are allowed to be in the house. We have a Minut noise sensor that helps monitor noise levels, especially during quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees $750 and potential eviction.”

3. No Smoking Clause: "This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees $500 and potential eviction."

4. Airbnb Fee Clause: "Please note that additional fees may apply for specific services or amenities, such as early check-in or late check-out. These fees will be communicated and agreed upon in advance, and failure to adhere to the agreed-upon terms may result in additional charges."

5. Early Check-In Clause: "Check-in time is 4:00pm. Early check-in requests must be pre-approved by the host and are subject to availability. Unauthorized early check-ins may incur additional fees of $45." We must maintain these regulations since we have to allow sufficient time for cleaners to complete a satisfactory job in between guests.

6. Late Check-Out Clause: "Check-out time is 10:00am. Late check-out requests must be pre-approved by the host and are subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur additional fees $45 per hour." We must maintain these regulations since we have to allow sufficient time for cleaners to complete a satisfactory job in between guests.

7. Lost/Destroyed house key and/or FOB Clause: If you lose and/or destroy Key and/or FOB, there will be a pass thru cost from apartment complex to you for $375. We know these amounts are staggering; however, this does deter guest from abuse.

8. Parking garage transponder Clause: If you lose and/or destroy Parking garage transponder, there will be a pass thru cost from apartment complex to you for $495. We know these amounts are staggering; however, this does deter guest from abuse.
