Slopeside 3 bedroom/2 bath townhouse with private entry and great mountain views. Our family-friendly, multi-level vacation home is conveniently located between the slopes, hot tubs and the garage elevator. There is space to store your ski and snowboard gear in our ground floor entryway. Eagle Express's Lupin Ski Run is a 1 to 2 minute walk from our front door and we are ski-in/ski-out when Eagle Lodge is open (12.15.23-4.21.24 this ski season).
Relax on our comfortable sofas in our living room after a day on the slopes or trails while enjoying the gas fireplace, mountain views, family board games, entertainment system and each other. TVs are wall-mounted in the master bedroom, bunkrooms and living room and we have upgraded 1G wifi. Relax on our deck looking to the mountains and Crowley Lake and check Chair 15/Eagle Express while having your morning coffee with the sun or evening cocktails with the stars.
Sleep well in the comfortable California king in the top floor master bedroom after enjoying a hot shower in the ensuite master bath. The master bedroom also has a small balcony and its own fireplace. A small desk is also available for your use.
Children over 6 years old and teens can dream away in upper bunks, while adults, teens or kids can get cozy in the larger lower beds in the main floor bunkrooms. One main floor bunkroom has a twin over a full bed, while the second main floor bunkroom has a full over a queen bed. A pack and play is available and will fit in any of the bedrooms. There is also a queen size pullout sofa bed if extra sleeping space is necessary.
Create delicious meals in our full kitchen with everything necessary to cook and bake while looking out to gorgeous mountain views. There is a seasonal community BBQ next to the garage elevator building (spring through fall). Children's toys, book and plates/utensils/cups are provided for your traveling convenience. We also have 3 folding gates that can be placed near the stairs to slow down a quick moving, curious toddler.
We have a new washer and dryer so you can launder your clothes as needed and pack lightly. Our full-sized washer and dryer is in the main floor hallway between the two bunkrooms.
Our townhome is located between Eagle Run's two large hot tubs. Park in your own dedicated spot close to the elevator, inside the heated parking garage. There are additional guest spaces in the garage as well as in the driveway. Please note that the garage clearance is 7'10".
Non-owner pets are not allowed per HOA policy (please respect - we are highly allergic to most pets).
If someone in your group has limited mobility, please be aware that the main floor is a flight of stairs up from the ground floor entry. Also, please take these stairs into consideration while packing. All of your snow gear can stay in the entry, however your food, beverages and clothing should be packed for easy transport up to the main floor. The master bedroom is another flight up from the main floor.
If you have a large family, multi-generational family, or multi-families staying together, please consider renting our 2 bedroom, ground floor single story, Eagle Run Family Gem townhome (VRBO listing #1224106) that is directly below this 3 bedroom townhome. The front doors are adjacent to each other, allowing for super easy get-togethers as well as separate areas for peaceful rest and sleep.
