Condo, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2)

Very special one bedroom condo located just one floor below the penthouse, offering spectacular views of the Bay. Both the living area and the bedroom have terrific views! Luxurious unit with satellite TV in the living area, telephone for local calls, wireless internet and A/C throughout the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer combo unit, and stove cooktop (no oven). A tabletop combination microwave and convection-style oven is included. Water is purified in the kitchen and in the refrigerator. A desk is in the bedroom for your computer station. The dining table seats 4 comfortably. Parking is also available for one vehicle with 24-hour secured access; although taxis are readily available.

I offer competitive rental rates and will discount for long-term rentals of one month or more. Just ask.
