Full Housekeeping studio apartment. Sleeps two on King Size Sleep Number bed, Four on Two Convertible inner-spring full size Futon Sofas in Living Room.

This is a diverse melting pot neighborhood 'small town in the city'. Very convenient location, cozy but with well-equipped kitchen. Exceptional value.

You can walk to everything, this unit is at the downtown of a small town that turned into a suburb.

Also an express and regular bus stop transit hub for five bus lines is one half block away! (See list below.)

Walk Score = 83 'Very Walkable'

Transit Score - 58 'Good Transit'

Grocery, Drug Store, Dollar Stores, Convenience Stores all are within three blocks.

Movie Theater, Pool Hall, Library, Medical Clinic, Parks and Churches all within three blocks.

You are even walking distance to parks, including a golf course!

Near Downtown Minneapolis. Easy North Suburban access. At the edge of the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District. Just a few miles from University of Minnesota.

Near all the arts and cultural amenities that the Minneapolis area offers.

Just 23 miles from the Airport and Mall of America, four miles north of Downtown Minneapolis and the University of Minnesota. Two miles south of the intersection of Interstate 694 and Central Avenue.

Coin Laundry in building.

We want to emphasize the accommodations are cozy, but fully appointed. The unit and decorating is quite eclectic / arty, which is why we use the term 'Bohemian' to describe it.

RESTAURANT NOTE: See twincitiesdiningguide (dot) com no matter where you end up staying. You can look by geography. Try looking up Minneapolis / Northeast Minneapolis. Try looking up Columbia Heights. You can look by restaurants that use an independent DELIVERY service, you have your own room service!

Scott & Jenna do not live in the building, but are always available by cell and land line phone in case of emergency. (We have been property managers for over ten years, and have helped people in just about every situation!) '

Please note we have multiple properties! If this place doesn't sound perfect, call us (612-701-0900 between 8 AM and 10PM Central) / email to find out if another listing may work. We have smart phones to respond promptly. We regret we can't keep all calendars up to date, due to multiple sites.

Guestbook comments from the owner
We want you to know that we appreciate everything you did and provided to make our stay pleasant. There were many things, such as paper towels, an iron, lots of hangers in the closet, plenty of pillows and blankets, and many little things that can be major if you are without. It was fun to get acquainted with the NE side of the city. As I mentioned before, we really appreciated the other tenants, who were very nice and easy to co-exist with. It was a fun experience. Now back to the real world. Barb

Our Response:

Thanks so much for staying with us! It was a pleasure hosting you. We hope we will be able to help you out in the future. Please give us a call when you want to visit.

We own several properties in the Twin Cities area, and we have been property managers for over ten years. Some have always been requested on a short term basis, and we decided to take the plunge and provide short term rentals for vacationers, professionals and others needing clean, safe and friendly accommodations. We have traveled quite a bit ourselves, and have always been the types to prefer off the beaten path and unique accommodations. We strive to give each of our units a special touch, to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. We try to provide exceptional customer service, and deal with any challenge as fast as we can.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 1999

We have lived in the other buildings that we rent units in. We bought this building while in the middle of remodeling another we were in, so never got around to moving into it! However the siren song of the building is always there for us, because of the incredible convenience. It is simply our most convenient and 'walk-able' and 'bus-able' space, bar none! However it is close to the excellent Minneapolis Freeway system, also.

Walk to almost everything! Bus to all the rest!
