Walk, Bike, Taxi, Car
-Please do not sit on furniture with wet swimsuits or sunscreen/oils

-Do not touch pool equipment, call host if you need assistance

-Please use black towels to remove makeup, guests will be charged for stained towels

-Please use coasters under drinks on furniture

-Concrete is porous and stains, if you spill something please clean it up

-Please sleep in beds, sleeping on the sofa is not permitted

-Please turn AC up to 20 when you are not at home

-Please be respectful of neighbors, quiet hours between 10pm and 8am

-Please place toilet tissue in baskets provided, do not flush tissue or objects
down the toilet

- Do not sit, lean, or stand on concrete sinks or countertops. Concrete is fragile,
cost of replacement is between $1000-$2000 usd

- Please contact host with any wifi issues, the router is remotely managed

-Guest stays longer than 7 days will require a second cleaning

-Guests staying in the home are the only people allowed at the residence, no parties or events unless expressly approved by host prior to check-in

- Gym, community pool, and rooftop are community areas please be respectful of others

- Do not climb or touch trees, note that some trees in the Yucatan are poisonous and can cause serious injury
