Beautiful Lake Front Two Bedroom Condo on Lake Charlevoix with a Private Beach.

Relax on the balcony while enjoying the amazing lake views. Or grab a book and sit on the beach listening to the waves wash across the sand. Enjoy the use of a fully equipped kitchen or grill on the balcony.

Condo is open and airy and is in immaculate condition. It is furnished with two queen beds and two full bathrooms. It also has an air mattress if additional sleeping space is required. Condo has both heat and air conditioning as well as a gas fireplace.

The views over the dock and boats across and down the lake are amazing. You can put your feet up on the balcony and feel like you are sitting out over the water. Come experience what Lake Charlevoix has to offer in a real gem right on the beach.

About The Owner

My wife and I have traveled north to enjoy the beauty of Lake Charlevoix for nearly 30 years. We especially enjoy the south arm of the lake because of the warmer and calmer waters. We take our kids and grand kids there now at least once a year.

We both find that the tranquil setting combined with the water activities really pushes back the stress that we all get from our daily lives. We are both avid water skiers. We also do some down hill skiing in the winter and a lot of snow shoeing. We will continue to come back to this area for as long as we can.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2011
Why The Owner chose East Jordan

We chose this area because of the location on the south arm of Lake Charlevoix and the proximity to Boyne City, Boyne Mountain and Downtown Charlevoix.

Well appointed condo on the lake

We enjoyed our stay at the condo - we were traveling back and forth between Charlevoix and Boyne City over the course of the weekend, and this was conveniently located half way between. About 20 minute drive to either location. The view of the water and the beach was beautiful, the condo was clean, well maintained and nicely decorated.

Quiet and convenient

We enjoyed this condo, found it to be clean and comfortable. Our kids loved that it was right on the water. It was as expected except we felt that the amount of bath towels provided based on the number of people staying was low. Also, we had trouble getting a regular internet connection.

The close proximity to Charlevoix was great and we took great advantage of that. Thank you!

Wonderful South Arm Lake Charlevoix Get Away.

Condo is extra clean, kitchen stocked with everything one may need to cook. View of lake is incredible. Have been coming up to East Jordan, Charlevoix for 27 years, by far the cleanest and nicest place we have stayed for the price. Would book again in a second! Owners had great communication, check in and out were simple!

The unit did have a wonderful view; especially at daybreak when the sun sparkled off the water! The unit was well furnished. My only issue was the balcony is very close to the unit next door and they were smokers and we are not. Other than that is was a nice place to visit.

Owner's Response: As a non-smoker I really understand how this can be an unfortunate experience when trying to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. I appreciate your feedback on this issue. I have met the owners of the unit next door and they are not smokers. I also believe their rental agreement has a no-smoking policy, just like we have in our agreement. I will alert them to this issue. Again, thanks for your feedback.

It was what we expected...clean and right on a very nice, child friendly beach. Jim (the owner) was a pleasure to work with as well. We'd stay again.
