House, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 13-14)

Enjoy yourself at one of the best oceanblock locations in Beach Haven! This contemporary home is on the beach block directly up from Fantasy Island, Waterpark & Bay Village (705 N. Atlantic Ave., between 7th & 8th Streets - see map link under 'Links to more information' below), and within walking distance to just about everything: 4 houses from the beach and shopping at Bay Village, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Miniature Golf, Ice Cream and Water Park are all just 2 blocks toward the bay. Local elementary school with playground and basketball court is a block away. Also included are 5 beach badges.

5th Bedroom suite has separate entrance on ground floor (3 beds & 1 bath; see pics).

House has oceanviews from third floor rooms and deck (see pictures), central air conditioning, wood floors throughout, modern kitchen, as well as an open living room with cathedral ceilings, sky lights, and ceiling fan. Oh, and let's not forget the Outdoor shower!! Pets are NOT permitted. Wifi available during peak months.

One of my new favorite spots!!

We just got back from a wonderful vacation with friends. The location of the house is more than perfect! We were 4 houses from the ocean and two blocks from all the fun of shops and amusements. We had a mix of adults, teens and kids and all were happy. Something for everyone! The house itself was perfect too, plenty of room, clean, complete kitchen. The top deck was so enjoyable with great views of the ocean, every night we met up there for our "happy hour". We highly recommend this house! Enjoy!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great location, but the house itself is in need of some TLC. The house was not clean when we arrived, the rugs were stained, the central vacuum system barely works because it appears to have never been emptied, and the interior needs a paint job. After personally cleaning all the dust and hair from under all the beds and washing all the floors, we were able to settle in for what was a nice stay overall due to the great location of the house.
Owner's Response: Most unreasonable tenant i've ever had... sent cleaning woman back to house and all she asked was for the blinds to be dusted. We paint every year.

We had a stupendous time!!!!

The house worked out great, again! With all of the twin beds around, we were able to house all four of our families and put the older girls (4 & 5 yr olds) in their own room. The back yard was KEY! We set up a small kids' pool and a canopy/tent and spent a lot of non-beach time there together. Thanks again, Steve, for being a part of a SUPER family get-together at LBI! We'll probably be back in 2013, everyone voted to come back to the same house if possible!

Great time...

Hi Steve,
We did have a great time. Your house is a great set up for a multigenerational family. The teens loved to get away to the apartment, the grandparents could have tea at the dinning room table and the little ones got control of the great tv upstairs. Your kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated not having to run out for a can opener or spatula.

We are already trying to plan for next year, so I will be in touch with dates if you are planning to continue to rent.
