Listing description:

You'll love the abundant natural light in this peaceful one bedroom retreat. We are located in the Pettigru Historic District and are just a 5 minute walk from Bon Secours Wellness Arena and a 10 minute walk do Main Street. This is an upstairs unit (1 of 3 total units located within the triplex) and has a private, exterior entrance. There's a kitchen with all the utensils, pots, bowls, plates, cups, etc. that you could need for your stay as well as a stocked Nespresso machine!

The space:

This is a second floor unit within a historical home that was converted into a triplex. It has private entry/access up two flights of exterior stairs. There's also a lovely private deck.

Guest access:

Guests have access to the unit itself, the deck outside the unit and a shared laundry room on the middle deck.

We live nearby and are available to help as needed. We love Greenville and are happy to give recommendations and such!
