HEARTH OF ROME Navona square, San Peter, Vatican (free internet)

I was in Rome for 4 nights and enjoyed my stay. The apartment was comfortable and well located. Piazza Navona, very nearby, is fun and pretty by day and night. The food was very good and staff even nicer at Papa's Cafe across the street. There was a well stocked supermarket not far away. My only small quibble is that the fridge had no freezer, hence no ice cubes for my gin and tonics.

Just exactly what we expected - and what is written in the notice!
Excellent location - you can go everywhere on foot or take a bus if needed to go further away (BAsilica St Paolo fuori Le Mura,f.e. - superbe!). Appartement was very clean, all explanations given, we'll surely recommend this property to friends & relatives! We were 2 adults & 2 teenagers - it is more comfortable if you are 3, but 4 is OK (especially when the teenagers are over 14 !). It was just 10 minutes away from Place St Pierre so we could go & see the white smoke & listen to "habemus papam" ( but this hapens rather rarely ;))

My daughter and I selected this apartment based on previous reviews, location and price. We were both very pleased with all the amenities, the cleanliness and just the feeling it was your apartment for a few days. During the booking process, the communications were excellant. We arrived 6 hours later than expected, after an all night trip from Texas. I emailed the owner with several status updates as she had scheduled a driver to pick us up at the airport. So glad we did as we had too much luaggage and were exhausted. We met the owner at the apartment; she went over the entire property and made us feel welcome. This is a very secure location, as the apartment is within a courtyard. Its really beautiful and the pictures don't do justice of the area. Many good restaurants nearby and the only noise we ever heard was the seagulls. I would highly recommend this apartment for mutiple reasons but cost and location, location, location are the main reasons. I hope to return to Rome in a few years and will definitely book this apartment if its available. Thanks again for letting us experince Rome while using your apartment.
