Paradise in Providenciales
Two weeks of pure bliss. The host for this home and her staff did a great job of making sure our stay was just perfect. One of the many highlights of this home was the sound system which plays music throughout the home and outside on the deck by the pool and the pool bar so bring your iPod. While there is a database of songs at the home, the music was a bit outdated for our taste (we have teenagers). All bathrooms are beautiful stone, kitchen has all you need to make a gourmet meal and Direct TV allowed us to watch New York TV and the Yankees. The pool bar is tremendous, probably the nicest bar on Grace Bay. Plan on being outside as beach access is awesome and sunsets on the deck are great photo opportunities. We had minor troubles with the washer / dryer, but Kristi worked it out. This home is in a great location, on the Leeward side of the island, close to the golf club and Graceway Gourmet. Because its just far enough from the main tourist part of Grace Bay, the stars at night were beautifiul and clearly seen. We have stayed at many of the expensive condos on island (Seven Stars, The Somerset and The West Bay Club) and found island living in a five star home relaxing. Maid service was excellent. The opportuniy to water ski and tube right outside the home with generally calm waters was lots of fun. We would highly recommend this home and will be back soon!
