We have finally returned home after a great vacation in Paris and Nice.
We would like to thank you and Marylyn for a wonderful stay in your apartment in Paris. Our daughter felt at home while away from home and that makes all the difference!
Estuvimos 3 noches. El apartamento es muy amplio, la cama es muy cómoda, Esta justo al lado de la zona más turística, pero al estar en una calle peatonal no hay ruidos y se duerme perfectamente.
My wife and I stayed a week in this apartment in September 2014. It was just as described and pictured, and Marylyn was there to meet us. The apartment suited our needs perfectly. It was bright, airy, clean, and quiet, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen woirked for breakfast, and the location was ideal. The apartment is up one flight of stairs which did not have a handrail, but we were able to negotiate it with no trouble (we are seniors). We hope to be able to stay there again.
Excelente la ubicación, el confort, la estética, la higiene, la atención, la tranquilidad. Inmejorable. Volveré en cuanto pueda.
A spacious studio in the heart of the Latin Quarter was the perfect way to spend a week in Paris. Far better than staying in a hotel room. We ate breakfast in the studio and often picked up bread, cheese, meats, pastries, and wine in the many nearby shops on the way back after a full day of touring. There are also several very good restaurants in the Latin Quarter. The studio is an easy walk to many major sights, the metro, and train. Communication with Albert, the owner, was easy and professional. Free and fast wifi connectivity and international calling was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this studio to couples of all ages.
I can only say positive things: I was welcomed in Paris after a long flight and was able to check in right away. The studio is much more spacious than I expected and the location is simply perfect. I love to walk and could do so safely. I already started planning my next trip there and cant wait to be back.
My husband and I stayed in Alberts apartment for a week and we could not have been happier! Albert was easy to contact with fast responses and some funny humor thrown in. The apartment was in a great location and close to the metro for easy access to anywhere we wanted to venture. Marilyn met us to get us settled and she very helpful and lovely and when we had one tiny issue with blowing a fuse because of a mans American electric shaver overload, Maryilyn offered to come late in the evening (well past 10:00 pm) to fix it but her assistance wasnt needed because my husband easily reset it. I think the most important thing I can say about this apartment besides the great, safe location and wonderful owner is how CLEAN it is...to me, that is one of the most important things I can ask for in a rental. I would highly recommend a stay here! My one little piece of "tourist" advice would be to cross over to the other side of St. Michael for a better selection of top notch resturants that feel a little more Parisian and less touristy.
Ideally located in a period building at the crossing of the boulevard Saint-Germain and Saint-Michel, next to the river, Ile de la Cité and Notre-Dame de Paris. You are at the core of the vibrant, cultural and creative center of the French capital. Shopping antiques in the flea market, visiting the Louvres, Beaubourg or Orsay museums is only a very scenic walk away.
On the major train lines linking both Paris airports with immediate access to the Paris Underground network.
