NEW CONDO, TOP FLOOR PENTHOUSE, OVERLOOKING MAIN CHANNEL

Our family just returned from a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! When we arrived we were thrilled to find the condo exactly as expected. It was clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped and spacious. The marina next door provided quick and convenient boat rentals and the slip directly in front of the condo made it super easy to dock! The owner was delightful to work with and available for any questions. Thanks for a terrific, relaxing vacation! We hope to be back soon! A+

The pictures do not due this condo justice. It was beautiful, plush, and very warm and inviting from the moment we walked in the door. The view from the balcony was spectacular, we could see both the lake and the mountains. Bedrooms were spacious and afforded everyone complete privacy. The beds were very comfortable, and the master bathroom was unbelievably spacious with a soaking tub and separate shower. The children’s bedroom had its own bathroom, and the two queen bedrooms that shared the bathtub shower combo and water closet area each had their own private sinks. The amenities in the condo were top of the line. Plenty of seating areas for all. Kitchen area was top of the line. Rented a pontoon boat and went tubing for a day. Visited the state park and spent the day on the beach and swam in the lake. Private pool at Bridgewater was very relaxing after a day on the lake. Kids loved minature golf and rock climbing which was just a short walk from condo. Thank you Sandy and Wayne for sharing your lovely home with us.

We recently had the opportunity to visit SML during the first part of June. Much to our delight, we were able to find a brand-new condo on the top floor of the recently competely Bridgepoint Condos through VRBO...it was perfect for us....we were going to be in the area for a family reunion and wanted to combine our stay with a mini-vacation as wel visited with cousins and kin over the week.

My older sister is physically challenged because of a stroke, but the condo worked out very well for her...the beautiful hardwood floors offered no resistance to her walker and she had no problems at all navigating the layout of the condo. The part that she enjoyed most was being able to sit out on the balcony, drinking her morning coffee and watching all of the boat traffic in and out of the local marina.

I might mention too...that handicapped parking was available close to the elevator on the ground level which afforded a direct route to the elevator. Upon arrival at the top floor, it was only a short distance to the condo. Easy!

Another sister and her husband shared the master suite. They were totally surprised upon arrival to note all of the luxurious furnishings...a king-size bed and a wall-mounted television...and a HUGE master bathroom. The MB suite affored them complete privacy, but it also included an easy access onto the balcony where they were able to enjoy late nights watching the stars.

The part that I enjoyed most was the kitchen. It was to die for! It was well-equipped with top-brand appliances and included everything that anyone could possibly want in order to fix just about any kind of meal. The refrigerator was huge and easily held everything that we had brought with us for a week. My wish would be to have a pantry like the one the one in the condo. Definitely a "wow" factor for anyone who appreciates a well-designed kitchen.

Bottom line: We had a great week and the condo was more than we could have ever wished for. Wayne and Sandy made the rental process an easy one. Great people! In short, everything was perfect. We will be back!
