I was a bit nervous renting a house for a month. But those nerves were all allayed the minute I walked into this house. The house is exactly as it appears. Nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, good beds. The only surprise is that the pictures do NOT do the back yard justice. It's terrific. And be forewarned, you might not want to leave the back yard for the beach. Pool and spa are heated and terrific. It's a VERY secluded and private large backyard.
This house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. As with everything in Fort Lauderdale, you will need a car. But this neighborhood is away from the 'hubbub' of downtown. Truth be told, there's really not a lot of places to walk to from here. But if what you're looking for is a quiet, spotless, relaxing place to get away from it...and use as a base from exploring, than this house is perfect.
What you come to appreciate is that so many details have been considered...right down to little things like a sewing kit, first aid kit for when you inevitably cut your finger, insect spray, extra large beach towels and extra sunscreen. And an extremely well equipped kitchen. Those are just some of the great details. And Ronald, who manages the property, lives just two doors down....he's so good you won't see him, unless you need him. I needed to be able to do work from the house while there, and they made sure I had what I needed to work away from home.
I can offer a full recommendation for this property with no hesitations.
