SHOOTING / HUNTERS: 166 acres are yours to explore. 10% open field, 90% wooded with well-maintained trails. Bring clay pigeons for trap shooting on the ridge over the field or stay during open season for wild game such as Deer, Turkey and other small game which are plentiful in the variety of terrain ranging from cedar thickets to maple groves and marshland. Archery, Shotgun, Rifle and Muzzle-loader are all welcome. (Hunt at your own risk)

SNOWMOBILERS: Snow-conditions permitting - Property has direct, private access onto the VAST trail. Leave your trucks and trailers effortlessly in the large circle driveway, unload your sleds and after breakfast walk out the front door to take your private trail 5 minutes to get directly onto the VAST. In addition, 166 acres of private trails on the property which loop and connect as well as open field. There is enough space to park multiple trucks and trailers without any difficulty and unlimited room for your sleds.

ALPINE SKIERS: 20-25 minutes to Jay Peak depending on road conditions. Close enough to base-camp. Great place to unwind after a long powder day in front of a log fire(yes, a real one), in the hot tub or having a drink while shooting pool.

X-C SKIERS / SNOWSHOERS: Snow conditions permitting - XC trails on the 166 acres are at your disposal providing many kilometers thru quiet, snow-covered cedars or under majestic sleeping maples groves.
