I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very unhelpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Wonderful Condo, Bad Service from Kokopelli Management
This condo is very nice and cozy. There was plenty of room for my family, it was clean, well-stocked, had very nice bathrooms, pretty furniture, and high quality linens. It is in the perfect location for a ski vacation. I would recommend it to a friend.
However, the property manager was terrible. The internet didn't work, and I called the property manager 3 times in one day during normal business hours and didn't get a return call for more than 24 hours. The manager left a voicemail saying, "Oh well, you probably got it figured out by now," and never fixed the problem. I specifically chose this property so I could work online while on vacation, and this feature was never available.
More disturbingly, one night the car parked in front of the condo was shot at (directly towards our door), breaking two of the car's windows. There was glass everywhere across the sidewalk leading toward the front door, not to mention our nerves being shot, and the property manager never acknowledged my phone calls regarding the situation. We tracked some of the glass in on our shoes despite trying to keep it out.
Bottom line: condo A+, property manager F-.
