California Visitors ~ Attending a Family Reunion

My Daughter & I enjoy our stay at Bill's Cabin... It truly did exceed our expectations of the cabin. The pictures posted really do not do it justice. It was a slice of heaven being so close to our Beloved Mt. Mariah. The upstairs bed room was very large and comfortable. We enjoyed the night breezes coming from the two windows on each side of the room. There was even a view of the lake to my surprise.
I especially enjoyed my coffee each morning with a gorgeous view of trees, flora & fauna. The inside of the cabin was nice and clean. Since it was raining the time I was there it was nice to be in such a beautiful place. We found the couch very comfortable with a pillow & comforter provided by The owner to be just the R & R we needed. Outside the cabin was a large swinging seat, A new picnic table and a grill in case we wanted to entertain our family, who were highly impressed at the accommodations.
I can't wait to get back up there. Rain or shine, you made my vacation one of the best.I will remember it for years to come. It would be a pleasure to continue my Family Tradition of more trips to Hubbard & staying at this special cabin. Many Thanks to Bill & his friendly hospitality.

Hubbard Lake is an awesome lake to see. The cottage is not far from the beach. We love to swim right off of the shore, which you can walk for quite a distance with soft sand underfoot. If your looking for reasonable accomodations, this cottage is adorable. The cottage has a cute kitchen, living room, and dining area and good size bathroom, which are all on the main floor. The stairs lead up to a large open room that spans the whole upper floor and can accommodate a family, or as in our case, the cottage is perfect for just my husband and I. The landlord is welcoming, and makes sure your stay is comfortable. The cottage has everything we need at such a reasonable rate.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
