Sugar Pine Chalet's homeowner just completed a 2 year major remodel on this house marrying the charm of the original house with the comfort of a new luxury home. Everything on the inside of this house is brand new.

Come and enjoy cooking your favorite meal in a new kitchen equipped with granite slab counter tops and stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances. Enjoy your meal with family and friends next to the floating staircase in the living and dining room, or on a deck just off the kitchen.

Enjoy the outdoors on one of two outdoor redwood decks or take a stroll in the oversized lot, full of trees, flowers, and wildlife. The back den was an old wood working shop that has been converted into an entertainment room with a gas stove, television, sitting area, and custom bar. There is a Home Owners Association beach within walking distance, with a pier, and buoys for rent. You are minutes away from many attractions including the Sugar Pine Point Park, Ehrman Mansion, the PDQ market, Angela's Pizza or Los Dos Hermanos Mexican restaurant, or Chambers Landing beach, pier, and bar, just to name a few. Just a short drive from Homewood Mountain Ski Resort and Emerald Bay, and Eagle Rock.
