The home is just down the street from several breweries, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, antique barns, and HWY 40. This location is central to everything you want to see and do while in asheville. Please note that there is a separate living space above with separate entrance that is not a part of this rental. It is its own living space, you have your own entrance, outdoor area, and privacy.
