The master suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk out to a screened deck & an en-suite full bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV & a large screened deck. These two bedrooms share a full bath featuring granite counter tops. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Also on this floor is a full size High Efficiency washer and dryer.
The main floor features an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining, & living area of the home. Surrounded by glass sliding doors, this floor affords a wonderful sea breeze & views of the airstrip. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, electric cook top, oven, microwave & side-by-side refrigerator with pull out freezer. The home also has a reverse osmosis water filtration system to eliminate the need for bottled water. 2 guests can be accommodated on sofa sleeper.
Enjoy dinner at the table that seats six or on the deck that seats eight. Enjoy your favorite movie on the 42 inch flat screen TV equipped with a DVD, Wii Gaming Station and Satellite programming with movie channels. A full bath completes this floor.
This floor is surrounded by a wrap around deck with seating for reading your favorite novel, sun chaises for sun bathing and dining. The deck affords panoramic views of the Island from the bay to the pass to the gulf. A staircase on the deck leads to a third story observation deck with comfortable seating for sun bathing or an evening cocktail watching the sunset over the gulf.
The Guest House is the perfect spot for in-laws, nannies or a second couple traveling together. It features a cozy seating area with 26 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen contains full size stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
It also features a reverse osmosis water filtration system. The dining table comfortably seats six. There is a full size deck with outdoor seating outside of the living and dining areas.
The Guest House contains 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master suite features a king size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite full bath with granite counter tops. The second bedroom contains two twin beds and a small television. The full bath with shower is located in the hall.
Runway Blues comes with golf carts, covered parking and a hot & cold outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Also available, at no additional charge to your rental, is a North Captiva Island Club membership. The Club features two restaurants, two pools, hot tub, basketball court, tennis courts, playground, and kayaks for your use. The caretakers will meet you at the dock and assist with transporting your luggage to the home where you will receive an orientation and keys.
