The house is in the Costa do Sol Condominium, 8 minutes after the Riviera de São Lourenço. The Costa del Sol is famous for its tranquility and integration with nature.
Only beach rated by CETESB as excellent, 100% of the time, all year round (The Tribuna de Santos 10/06/17).
The house faces the sea. The garden ends, the beach sand begins.
At 300m from the house we have the Guaratuba river, with clean waters suitable for swimming and water sports.
It's +1. 200 m2 of land, facing the sea.
There are 5 bedrooms, 3 suites and 2 bedrooms combined with a bathroom on the ground floor, all with split air conditioning.
9,000 liter water tank + 18,000 liter water tank. There was never a shortage of water, even at the peak of the season.
Barbecue grill
9m X 4,5m pool with whirlpool.
SKY TV. New TVs in master bedroom and living room.
House fully furnished, including appliances.
In the daily rate, already included pool cleaning every day.

Adoramos
A casa é ampla, muito espaçosa e bem cuidada. A lareira deu um charme a mais já que a noite fez um friozinho. adoramos a praia, pouca gente, lugar lindo, o ria perto é demais. O caseiro foi bem atencioso, limpava o gramado e a piscina todo dia, bem cedinho. Vamos voltar com certeza.

Tem casas melhores...
Casa muito na ponta da praia, local que achei perigoso, tem uma passarela do lado onde passa muita gente e a casa não tem muro, roubaram uma casa quase do lado na semana que estivemos lá... Só pode por 2 carros na garagem, e tem 2 quartos que você não tem acesso à cozinha, sala, etc... São mesmo do lado de fora da casa.... A praia na frente tava suja e não da pra ir nas pedras na ponta da praia... Não recomendo....

Maravilhosa
Não conhecia a praia de Guaratuba e fiquei encantada! Uma praia bem tranquila, com mar de água limpa. Aluguei a casa no carnaval de 2015 e só tenho elogios à mesma, uma casa extremamente bem cuidada e arejada. Eu, inclusive, quando cheguei na casa, achei- a bem melhor do que eu havia visto nas fotos! Os quartos da casa são bem amplos e da sacada desses quartos temos uma vista maravilhosa do mar! Todos os quartos possuem ar condicionado sendo todos eles novos e silenciosos. A cozinha/sala são bem amplas e possuem todos os utensílios necessários. A casa é extremamente equipada, encontrei todos os itens que precisei. Na lavanderia tem uma lavadora e secadora e várias cadeiras e guarda- sóis. Com certeza pretendo alugar a casa outras vezes.

Casa tem 2 quartos do lado de fora
A casa tem 3 quartos dentro, e um cômodo do lado de fora que na minha opinião não podem ser considerados com "quartos", já que tem passagem um para o outro o que atrapalha muito quem esta dormindo, e não tem acesso direto à casa.Estava suja e tinha baratas pela casa, inclusive na cozinha. Quando choveu haviam varias goteiras inclusive que pingavam nas camas, o caseiro pouco aparecia e tinhamos que ir atras dele toda hora. Não tem internet como diz no anuncio, e a mata na frente da casa tira a vista pro mar.
