There is a master suite with a private deck with comfortable cushioned wicker patio furniture and a seperate rear entrance to access the deck so everyone doesn't have to go thru the master bedroom. Bathrooms are tiled with double sinks in larger bath and a granite top in the master bath. All with Kohler bathroom Fixtures.They are clean, spacious,and comfortable.

Three bedrooms have PILLOW TOPPED queen-sized beds, one bedroom has bunk beds.All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as the livingroom.- all of which is still like new. We have also provided for your use a stainless steel gas BBQ Grill on our newly pavered back patio.There are also newly enclosed outside showers for showering after the beach or anytime. New full sized washer and cloth dryer are provided for your free use.

For our Guests we constantly maintain and provide many upgrades to the property through-out the year. The unit is always kept fresh and as clean as could be. PETS AND SMOKING ARE NEVER PERMITTED .Two offstreet parking spaces are on the premises for your use.The neighborhood is all family vacationers having an Old Fashioned Good Time.

The property is about a block from a clean, Lifeguard protected- WO R L D..C L A S S..B E A C H that has a Lifeguard first aid station,Clean public restrooms, Popular restaurants that serves the best breakfast,lunches and Dinners, and, of course, the start of the boardwalk with a ramp for biking, running, walking, or just sitting and watching the views Right at the beginning of the street.

Our home is located in a Quieter, Well Maintained North End Island Neighborhood. There are churches, shopping, delis, Ice Cream palours, Parks , playgrounds and popular restaurants all within a few blocks.Everyplace is in walking distance. There is something or nothing to do for everyone right outside the door.

Deposits and procedures: A $300.00 per week deposit is required in order to reserve your week or weeks.Pricing and availability are not guaranteed without this deposit.We recommend next day mail to insure your reservation.This would then become your refundable security/cleaning deposit. When we recieve this deposit we will then prepare and mail / e-mail you a lease agreement,with half of the rate due with the signed returned lease.The other half will be due 45 DAYS prior to check-in.

If there are less than 45 days to check-in at signing and returning of the lease agreement the full balance with the security / cleaning deposit will be due at this time by certified funds,money order,Bank check or wired funds.Your security deposit and Full Payment will be the only way to block out your week or weeks, We recommend sending it via FedEx or next day Express mail.We must recieve the deposit or payment in full to guarantee rate and availibility and your reservation.

Very nice layout for the first floor and the colors on the walls and doors makes it very beachy. All the conveniences of home , plenty of bedrooms. Really clean. We all enjoyed our stay for the long weekend.

Summer 2014 - Hassles!

My family stayed in this property in July 2014. We are a 50-something year old husband and wife, with 2 children. We were joined by another 3 guests mid way through the week. The property was well maintained, but off-putting due to the numerous signs nailed to the wall and taped on numerous surfaces warning guests not to smoke, flush items down toilets, spray sun tan lotion in the home, leave bicycles on the porch, move furniture and other instructions (!). Once you could see past the numerous instructions, the home was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, but small, with a dining table that could only seat 6, and no other easy seating for meals. Shortly after arrival and unpacking we received a call from the owner, who instructed us to move our "over-sized" van from the property, because it was parked to close to the fence that had just received a $600 paint job. The owner went on to state that he received a picture of the Van, which was taken by his wife upstairs. We immediately moved the van, but felt it would have been much more professional for the owners upstairs to come downstairs and have a face-to-face conversation with us, and not surreptitiously take pictures and send them to the husband! The walk to the beach was an easy few blocks. There was a nice deli across the street. The owners do not provide beach tags (unusual for Ocean City). The backyard has nice atmosphere, but beware, the owners walk through the area to get to their upstairs apartment instead of using their front door entrance. This also felt like a way for the owners to "keep their eye on guests" and it felt very intrusive. Luckily, we had good weather and spent most of our time at the beach or out and about. We left the apartment cleaned, as instructed (another annoyance; guests who pay top dollar are asked to vacuum the unit!) and waited for our security deposit. It came at the last moment, and was short $25. When I called the owner to inquire about the money, the Owner stated that one of his "No Sun Tan Lotion Signs" was missing from the Dining Table, and that he deducted the money because we must have taken his sign. I told him the sign was placed on top of the refrigerator to make room for meals on the table, and could he look to see if the sign had fallen behind the fridge? Well, no response from the Owner. The unit is clean (not spotless), comfortable, but not worth dealing with controlling Owners who seem to look for reasons to keep security deposits.

We have had GREAT Success providing To All Families What We as Travelers Ourselves expect from Vacation rentals and traditional rentals in general. We PRIDE Ourselves as Owners with offering exactly what is described in Our Listings and always go out of Our way to INSURE the CLEANEST, MOST COMFORTABLE,RELAXING FAMILY FRIENDLY RENTALS OCEAN CITY HAS TO OFFER.
