One story house situated on nearly a half acre of land.

Located in the old Historic Remley's Point neighborhood on a quiet dead end street, just off Mathis Ferry Road. Walking distance to famous I'on neighborhood.

This neighborhood is laced with marshes, tidal creeks, and deep water, plus sunset views of the Charleston Ravenel Bridge. There are 3 public waterfront docks close by. This is a terrific location - just moments by car over the Ravenel Bridge to the Charleston Downtown Historic District, or the Visitor Center, or to the beaches.

Easy living one-story floor plan. Upscale throughout. Immaculately clean.

Fully equipped open style kitchen with upgraded stainless appliances and gas range.

Granite countertops and a gorgeous tile backsplash.

Connected to the kitchen is an open dining room with a large table for group meals. Beautiful hardwood cypress floors.

Adjacent to the Kitchen and Dining Room is the family room with 2 brown leather couches and a large HDTV over the fireplace. Ceiling fan overhead for summer guests; a working fireplace warms winter guests.

Sit on the front porch and rock quietly away, or step through French doors from either of the Dual Master King Suites onto the back porches overlooking the yard and pool. There are sets of seating all around the porches, decks, and screened porch… chair groupings, rocking chairs, gliders, tables, and a Weber gas grill.

This house is made for gathering together and creating memories……and also for comfortably escaping to a nice bed with luxury linens!

HOUSE CONFIGURATION:

The #1 bedroom is a spacious Master Suite. It has a deep thick Luxury King Bed. French doors open to the outdoor deck, only steps away from the swimming pool. The flooring is plush carpeting. There is also a small click-clack couch bed for child sleeping space. This Master Suite has a gorgeous, attached private Bathroom. This luxury tiled bathroom has it all! Private closet toilet area, double sinks, a glassed in tiled shower, plus a separate tub! It is completed with a ceiling fan and HDTV.

The #2 bedroom is the second Master Suite Bedroom with King Bed. It is just across the hall, and also has French Doors opening to the outdoor deck on the other side of the screened porch. Step right outside! This oversized huge Master has enough space for a sitting area with a sofa bed. This master has hardwood cypress floors, and a Private Bathroom with tile and glass stunning walk-in shower. It is completed with a ceiling fan and HDTV.

Bedroom #3 :Queen Bed and Private attached tiled Private Bathroom. This room also has plush carpeting. It is completed with a ceiling fan and HDTV.

Bedroom #4 : Queen Bed and Dresser. This room also has plush carpeting. It is completed with a ceiling fan and HDTV. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom.

About your hostess, Laurie: When Laurie is not handling computer work for the rental properties, she is focused on her Travel Consulting Business. Laurie brings her 5 star travel touches into your rental. Laurie happily lives in a waterfront property with her husband, George. About your host, George: After a high powered corporate career, and then owning a successful retail chain, George now is thrilled to welcome guests to our Charleston rentals. George ensures that your visit is comfortable and smooth. He oversees the maintenance and improvements of the houses, and keeps the grounds manicured. George takes pride in seeing that your rental meets, or exceeds, your expectations. You will find George out on his boat in the waterways of the neighborhood, or walking our Pomeranian dog, Gus. We love Charleston and have lived here nearly 25 years. As the town grew, we chose to be close to downtown, and settled in this unique and changing neighborhood of Remleys Point. We feel grateful to have more than one house to share for others who wish to visit the great LowCountry area, or are here with family or friends.

We love this large one level house with lots of bathrooms and close to downtown and the beaches. We have lived in this neighborhood ourselves for over 15 years! ...and when the opportunity came available to own a 2nd home here....we were thrilled. We have enjoyed improving the property, and decorating and landscaping it, and offering it now as a family style rental.

What makes this house unique

This eclectic and interesting neighboorhood and its waterfront docks, plus the closeness to Historic downtown Charleston and the Beach, makes this a perfect base for visitors. For any groups in town for a wedding, or an event, or just a vacation .....this is a great spot. The in gound saltwater pool is a wonderful healthy addition for summer visitors.

Great family vacation

Our immediate family (10) met in Charleston for a week. The location of the house makes it easy to visit multiple sites and there is good dining nearby. The house is lovely and very well maintained. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. It was a little chilly for the pool but we loved sitting on the deck and screened in porch. The owners were very accommodating-we asked about a DVD player. They didn't have one but got one and connected it before we arrived. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay in the house again.

Fabulous Family Gathering Place

Our family had a wonderful visit to the Charleston area, , sightseeing, eating the great food, shopping along King St., and walking around town. The Trust House is minutes from downtown Charleston and minutes from grocery stores and great restaurants in Mt. Pleasant. I definitely recommend the Trust House for convenience and comfort when staying in the Charleston area. All in all a great place to stay.

A wonderful family reunion

Fantastic hosts that were very responsive and helpful and provide details about the house and area. Explicit expectations were outlined before we arrived, excellent directions to find the house, a lovely, clean, modern, spacious place! We loved it and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Too bad it was too cold for the pool! We had 11 people stay comfortably in the house. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Owner's Response: Families definitly enjoy and appreciate this easy-living one level house all year round. The private in ground pool is a real treat in the hot summertime. But it is also nice to drive down the road and walk on the beach, especially in the spring and fall. Thank you for renting both of our houses....just 3.5 blocks away from each other! The location of these houses makes them excellent to tour all the historical places in the Charleston area, or eat out at our fantastic restaurants...if you want to leave the house! A slice of heaven

I had the privilege of staying with friends at the Trust House. It was immaculate, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The location is perfect, it's in a quiet area yet close to the beach and a hop, skip and a jump to Charleston. I am already planning to go back during the summer months.

Wonderful place for multi-family gathering

This beautiful home was perfect for our four families' visit to Charleston in October. It's conveniently located to the downtown, water, airport and sites, yet sufficient tucked away for quiet family times. I received great kudos from our group for finding such a gem for our stay. Our hosts couldn't have done more for us. They were on the spot when we encountered a coffee pot problem (which was user induced), but otherwise out of our way. Look for more visitors from Michigan, Massachusetts and Montana. This house is exactly as pictured and described.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for calling our large and lovely rental home a 'GEM". We think it is too! It is great to have guests from all over the country enjoy our little slice of beauty. And, even if guests have "self-induced" -:) coffee pot troubles, or sometimes cant turn on the tv or hot water -:)....we are close enough nearby to run over and give guidance! We think dealing with owners on the spot - like us - is much easier than getting help from a rental handled by a standard business property manager. We Care about our guest's comfort! By the way, ......just so that future guests are aware,.... the house has a standard drip coffee pot, a Kuerig, and a coffee press. We always hope that one guests can figure out how to work one of these at 8 in the morning ! The house is maintained in tip top upscale condition, and we strive for guests NOT to have issues. But if you do....we will assist! Please come back! And thank you for the review.
