I am delighted to present this sophisticated, modern & high specification apartment that is situated in a prime Central London location. This is the perfect apartment for couples, small families, businesspeople and small groups of friends that wish to experience high-end Central London luxury, close to lots of interesting places at a price that’s great value for money.

The property is just a few minutes’ walk from Farringdon underground train station (Zone 1), making it a very convenient location to explore everything that London has to offer. The local area is popular with some of London’s most affluent and has plenty of nice bars, great restaurants, attractions and clubs for the perfect evening out.

The apartment has a spacious & modern open plan kitchen and living area. It is tastefully decorated with some beautiful artwork that fits well with the vibe of the area. The sofa bed converts to a large double bed, and one unique feature of this apartment is that the living area can be completely closed off, giving more privacy to those sleeping in the living room. The living area has a large wall-mounted TV, a great sound system and plenty of DVDs which means that you can enjoy a fantastic evening indoors in your very own home cinema. There are also plenty of books and games to keep you entertained should you choose to stay in and relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the views from the huge terraces in the property. The apartment also comes with a Sonos sound system that can integrate with your tablet or mobile device for playing music, so that you can really feel at home.

The bedroom is luxurious, consisting of a large and comfortable bed and its own private balcony. From the balcony there are great views of the city, perfect at any time of year. Also included is a flat screen TV with over 50 channels, plus plenty of storage space for all of your belongings.

The building is a recent & modern development. A secure entryphone system is provided, and there is a 24 hour concierge service for true peace of mind. Secure covered underground parking is also available for an additional nominal fee.

Nearby attractions include the world famous Smithfield’s market & Fabric nightclub which are both within walking distance. Also nearby are Old Street, Shoreditch & Holborn for access areas such as the West End, the theatre district & Covent Garden etc.

HOUSE RULES

1. The property sleeps four people only. Four people is the maximum number of people allowed in the property at any one time.

2. Please respect the fact that this is a residential area. Noise must be kept to a respectable level at all times so not to disturb the neighbours. 

3. Absolutely strictly no parties allowed whatsoever. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave the property immediately.

4. No pets/animals please in the flat or in the building.

5. Valid Identification, in the form of a passport, photo driving licence or national identification card (with photo) will be required from all guests at check in. Please note that we will not be able to exchange keys without a valid for of identification.

The check in cannot be completed by anyone other than the main guests checking in, whose names must be submitted to us prior to check in. To prevent fraud and to comply with our insurance, Keys cannot under any circumstances be given to a third party.

The security deposit is fully refundable within 3 days of check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. 

The property will contact you in advance to arrange key collection and check-in. Late check-in after 19.00 is subject to a surcharge.

Nice apartment, convenient location

We enjoyed the open living space and kitchen. Lots of room to spread out. The location worked very well for our first trip to the "big city". We could easily get to the tube and walk to good restaurants at night. It felt safe around the neighborhood as well. The greeter met us upon arrival and gave us the keys and layout for TV and wifi. The property could use a binder with information on how to trouble shoot appliances. We eventually figured out the dishwasher, but the last night we tried to do laundry and had issues with the washer and dryer. The manager offered to get someone out the next morning, but we had to leave. We also had no hot water one morning for showers, but the manager got someone out very quickly the same day to fix.

This property works well for two adults for sleeping in bedroom, but the sofa sleeper is not a large bed. It would work well for very small children, as the mattress is very thin and probably not meant for two adults.

The one thing that I feel makes a property feel super luxurious is very high end linens, comforters, pillows and bath towels. If these owners upgraded those items I would feel very comfortable recommending this property to friends.

Superb Luxury Apartment

The apartment was great! Good location, about 3-5 minute walk from tube. The open plan apartment really is big, much bigger and I thought, with 2 balcony's in main part and also one in the bedroom! The kitchen is well equipped and the TV system is great, large TV with freeview+ (all main channels) and sounds system. Good selection of books and DVDs. The apartment was warm on arrival and throughout the stay and everything worked fine.

The only 'bad' and it can't really be called bad and in no way at all should stop you staying here.. the green is not very nice at all, both the bed and the sofas are extremely comfy so it was a problem but I just didn't like the colour.

Would definitely stay here again and would not have a problem recommending anyone to stay here.

Great location, great apartment

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. Its location, just behind Farringdon Road, is minutes away from pubs, a supermarket and tube. Taxis very easy to hail on Theobald's Road and Euston a 10-15 minute ride away. The apartment is always clean on receipt. The bathroom and kitchen have great facilities, the wifi works beautifully, and the apartment is light, airy and spacious with lots of storage for clothing and luggage. The balconies are a perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down, at least in the summer. This has become our 'go to' apartment when in London and I look forward to our next stay.

We were well received, infomed about how to use the TV, use the "key", and such practical information. Nice clean. Kitchen well equiped. We used the Owen - the wire rack did not fit - small problem.

We can recommend the Apartment to freinds and Family.
