Perfect Vacation Rental

My husband and I and our 4 your old daughter just got back from spending 33 days at this amazing condo. We wanted to experience what it would be like to live in Victoria, and not just visit, and this condo fit the bill perfectly. It has everything that you could ever need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and even spices so we were able to cook whenever we wanted. The location was perfect with almost everything within walking distance. There's even a mall less than a 5 minute walk away. The only time we took the car out was to go to Walmart for groceries. The condo was set up perfectly and looks exactly like the pictures. The views from the balcony and even the kitchen were amazing especially with the buildings decorated for Christmas. Fernando was great and helped us with everything that we needed. Do not hesitate to book this condo. You will not regret it. We just left 2 days ago and we miss it already.

A wonderful break for a worn out accountant after tax season !

We had a wonderful stay and will book again next spring. Location is fabulous. Amenities plentiful. Condo is bright and sunny. Beds are super comfortable. Big screen TV wonderful for evening movies. Parking very convenient and secure. Loved the gas stove as we cooked dinner every evening. Checking in and out was beautifully efficient. Concierge and assistant were great. Fernando , you are a great host. Communication with you was a pleasure.

Great location - Glad we stayed here

My wife, our young son, and I stayed at this condo for a week, and it is well deserving of all the positive comments posted in other reviews. The unit itself is very pleasant: bright, comfortable, and well appointed. The view from the windows, particularly in the living/dining area is quite nice. One of the best things, as mentioned in other reviews, is the location – within a short walk from the condo is: the Inner Harbour (always seemed to be something going on here), the Empress Hotel, The BC Provincial Museum w/Imax, the Legislature Buildings, Beacon Hill Park (our son loved the petting zoo there), and Downtown Victoria (there are lots of interesting stores along Government Street, and on some of the other streets, but there is also a nice mall about a 5 minute walk away). Just a short drive away there is: the Breakwater, Willows Beach, Craigdarroch Castle, the Lieutenant Governors House, and more. We left Victoria via the Blackball Ferry to Port angeles, which was literally a 2 minute drive away. So it really is in quite a convenient location – even the parking spot for the unit was convenient: right across from the elevator. Our stay here was relaxing and enjoyable: we give it a big thumbs up and would stay here again.

Oct 2012 stay

We stayed a week at this property with our 3 children in Oct 2012. The property was far beyond expectation. Perfect location adjacent to the Empress includes personal underground parking with 2 security gates. We walked to the Royal BC Museum, Murchies and many other local attractions. The condo is very luxurious with all amenities that you could ask for with views that were incredible including the Parliament Buildings lit up each night. The concierge was wonderful, helping us check in and out without a hitch. She met us and toured the building showing us where everything was that we needed. Owners are on top of everything and wonderful to work with as well. We have stayed at several of the nicer waterfront hotels and none have compared with this property. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Victoria and hope to stay there again in the future. Also, the location is between the 2 main streets that head North to all other attractions making it very easy to find your way around and visit Saanich, Sydney, Nanaimo as well as other local areas. Relaxing in Victoria

The condo is in a beautiful building, well appointed and has an exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Great location, walk to everything. Two blocks to the harbor, wonderful restaurants, etc. We didn't take our car out of the garage the entire time we were there. Thanks Fernando for sharing this little slice of paradise with us.

Phenomenal property in the heart of downtown Victoria! A must stay!!

If you want a property with all the amenities and a place that you can feel like home while you are away, this is it! With a great view of the historical, castle-like Empress Hotel (a tourist attraction in its own right), B.C. Legislature and Museum, you can't ask for much else. The kitchen is extremely well appointed for those gourmands out there. You can stock up the fridge and freezer while here and easily cook up whatever you need. I didn't have to go to a restaurant the whole 10 days of my stay, but only did so because I wanted to. Easy walking to a tonne of restaurants if you wish, including two that sandwich the building on Burnett Ave and one directly across from the Falls. The beds are SUPER comfy and both bathrooms are spacious and have everything you need. The interior has beautiful hardwood flooring and esthetically speaking, this condo is very pleasing to the eye. Its nice sitting on the patio, soaking in some sunshine while eating or drinking a cool beverage and enjoying the view. Staying here is flat out relaxing. When it gets dark out, there is a big screen TV to keep you entertained and speedy and reliable Wi-fi internet access. If I could move into this unit I would! I couldn't have asked for more for my stay in Victoria, Very handy to having a parking stall in the parkade :) The Falls was a real treat!! Highly recommended! Would come again in a heartbeat!
