Suite #2 also has en-suite, with 3 piece bath. The Living area consists of, a large Living Room, Kitchen , Dining Area, Laundry Room, and a beautiful sitting room, that over looks your own private swimming pool, which boasts a one of a kind waterfall and garden area. . The sitting room is equipped with a flat screen TV and Internet access.

Wonderful October

My sister and I had a wonderful month at your beautiful home in Venice. It had everything we could ask for and we were blessed with great weather. I had to work, so the office area in my bedroom was great for me, while my sister lazed by the pool. Your caretaker Mike was extremely helpful and always available for any hiccup we might have had. ( The light and fan in the TV room seemed to have a mind of its own, we we didn't quite master it).

We hope to come back next year, it was one of the most relaxing places we had been to. Very well looked after.

Met your father in law Phil and we reminisced about the old country.

Thanks again for a great time.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We loved the house. It has all the amenities one could need. Loved the open concept. The pool with the waterfall and lanai was so relaxing. Mike, the caretaker was most helpful and always made himself available. The neighborhood was nice and people very friendly. The beaches were only 5 min away. We had a good time looking for shark's teeth and our dog, Coda had a great time at the doggie beach which was a nice way to meet lots of people.

If you're looking for a place to have dinner, we would recommend Sharky's, its right on the beach and taking a walk on the pier at sunset is a beautiful way to end your day. Downtown Venice is just minutes away and every Saturday morning there is a Farmer's Market on Main Street. You will usually hear a guitarist playing, there are some booths with crafts, lots of fresh produce and even puppies from the local Humane Society.

While we were there, we had the opportunity to meet the owner, Pat. He was very nice and most accommodating. We had a great time and are planning to go back next year. We would highly recommend this rental home when you plan your trip to Venice.

This home is everything the website showed it to be.The house was clean, all appliances worked, the pool and lanai area was very nice. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, there is a park down the street, and I especially liked the private beach.There are many golf courses within 15 minutes driving time.The house has a well equipped kitchen and I would recommend it to friends.

Best Vacation

Let me first say thank you! This is one of the best vacations that we have taken. The house was as described and more. Pictures are deceiving, it's actually bigger! Pat kept great communication with us throughout the week making sure everything was good. The pool was beautiful and clean with the screened in porch. Our kids loved it! The Access to the beach was unbelievable. Beautiful beach and the people that use the beach were very nice and helpful. First night we saw Dolphins while on the boat ferry to the beach. Sharks teeth were plentiful on the beach. We have a couple hundred great teeth. If you are looking for an uncrowded beach this is the one! We took advantage of all Pat's suggestions for area activities. Nearby Sharky's restaurant was a 5 min. easy ride from the house. I highly suggest going there. Sharky's also has a big fishing pier were you can rent poles for $15 all day. We also saw Dolphins off the pier that actually swam near the pier. Fishermen also caught small sharks and mackerels off the pier. I also suggest a sunset on the beach near sharky's. All shopping was within 5 min, Walmart,Target and Albertsons grocery store. Another suggestion is lunch at the Frosted Mug, burger were awsome.
If time permits, I am going back. I am big on customer service and Pat delivered. Wish I can describe everything that was great but, running out of room on this review page. I don't know if you can access my email because I would tell you personally my experience with this rental property.

Thanks again for very memorable vacation for my family. I will refer to all my friends and family.
