You have to see this home to appreciate it's five star architecturally designer decor and charm.
Private, quiet and relaxation at it's finest describes this luxury home with it's amazing views of the harbor and Downtown San Diego.
It's the perfect setting for a small family, close friends or a couple with a romantic get-a-way in mind.
This home comfortably sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with an aero bed for that one extra child or friend.
Both bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds with high quality linens, flat screen TV's and the ever needed I Home clock radios. The beautiful granite private bath has two sinks and a combination shower/tub.
You can enjoy your guests as they sit at the marble countertop
while you're cooking up a great meal from this highly appointed and fully stocked kitchen. This is a chef's delight complete with stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher, stove, washer dryer, cookware and utensils.
The living room has a beautiful designer comfortable sofa as well as a relaxing chaise lounge. The recessed lighting and gas fireplace evoke an atmosphere for intimate conversations when you're not watching the large flat screen TV.
Step out onto the large private deck from the living room and enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage while gazing upon the panoramic views of the Coronado Bridge and San Diego Bay. The patio is complete with an outdoor dining table, umbrella, large wrap around couch seating and a BBQ. Or just go play ping pong or croquet on the beautifully landscaped yard.
Point Loma is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of San Diego and is filled with many wonderful restaurants from Anthony's Grotto to Historic Old Town and Little Italy. This house is just a short drive away from many areas to sight see or shop in. Very close to all bayside or ocean beaches, Gas Lamp Quarter, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, Shelter Island and the San Diego Convention Center.
The nightly rates on this get- away- home are extremely inviting compared to all of the finest hotels in the city and is the perfect location to enjoy the relaxing San Diego lifestyle!
We look forward to hosting your group.
Our family of four all loved this house. (We have two 10 year olds that LOVED being able to play croquette in the fenced in yeard!)
The location was extremely convenient as well as being in a lovely neighborhood!
The owner and his manager were extremely easy to communicate with!
The windows made it feel like you were enjoying the outdoors when inside and the yard and deck were spectacular.

Modern. Relaxing. Well-appointed. Great location. Great view. Quiet neighborhood. It was simply a pleasure to return each night to this rental property. I particularly enjoyed the deck (and its sweeping views of downtown San Diego), the yard, and the house's modern design the most. Although it is a relatively small house, the open layout makes it feel larger. It was a perfect fit for our group (4 adults and a 9-month old child).
The property is on a quiet, dead-end street. A Ralph's grocery store is within walking distance. It's roughly equidistant between downtown San Diego and the beach communities to the north (Mission Beach, etc.). La Jolla and the Torrey Pines area are not much further to the North.
Susan and Bruce were very responsive and answered any questions we had.
I highly this property for any couple, family or small group looking for a relaxing place to stay in the San Diego area.
Great spot. Great location. Great house. Great view. Great yard. We really enjoyed it, and hope to be back. Perfect for our family of 3. Only complaint was the TV in the master bedroom didn't work. And after chasing our kid around all day, we really wanted to zone out in bed. Oh well. Hope they get it fixed for the next guys.
Beautiful home in a lovely hilly neighborhood with a wonderful view of Coronado Bay, the downtown San Diego skyline and mountains in the background. The home itself is very clean with a wonderful kitchen and beautifully decorated with a large open deck area perfect for enjoying the gorgeous view. Be prepared for some plane noise from the nearby airport, although we did get used to it after a few days. The furnishings are lovely and we would have loved a couple of improvements - a side table and lamp next to the comfy chaise lounge, an eat-in table other than the one outside (it was a little chilly!) and lamps on the bedside nightstands. We did end up buying paper towels, toilet paper and soap for bathroom, kitchen and laundry. We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it!
My wife and I stayed here for a month. The location is central to almost everything in San Diego. The view is spectacular and the neighborhood is quiet. The house was recently remodeled, very clean, and has many amenities. The kitchen has new appliances and is well stocked with cooking utensils and spices. Management was accessible and attentive. Visit the Marine Corp Recruit Depot on Friday's at 10 AM and watch a recruit graduation ceremony. Many great walking trails close. Checkout Stone Brewery at Liberty Station. I would recommend this house for couples of all ages and for a small family without young children.
