This penthouse villa is extremely well designed and proved to be an ideal space for a family of 6 adults. The master bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet are huge, and the other bedrooms are in a separate area from the master. Although it is situated on the top floor, there is a separate access, garage and driveway dedicated to the penthouse. There is an abundant supply of bedding, towels, etc. As we typically eat in several evenings, we would have liked to have a few more basics available in the kitchen, e.g. a range of herbs/spices and olive oil, but this is minor given the overall ambience of the place. It's situated in a quiet resort-like area, ideal for taking trips into Las Vegas [30 minutes] but also for visiting the Hoover Dam [30 minutes] and beautiful parks and canyons [we drove 3 hours to Zion Canyon in Utah]. The proximity of the Westin resort is also a bonus. They will issue a daily gym pass and offer a range of spa treatments. The owner/local contact were very helpful in responding to our queries both before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this property for families such as ours, with two adult children and their partners.
