Adorned with luxurious amenities, superb views and room for 12, Sunrise at the Sangre is a untopian Santa Fe, NM vaction rental that is pet friendly. This is a fabulous gated home in prestigious Sierra del Norte. Formal living room with fireplace and views, this home offers three suites, each with a private bath. To afford flexiblity for guests, there is a sofa bed in the library adjoining the master bedroom. Downstairs there is a sitting room between the two queen suites and for the little ones or singles in the group there is another bedroom with two single trundle beds. The informal kitchen/dining room enjoys a breath-taking view of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. There is a covered portal off the dining area for a BBQ or margarita. You can also enjoy the rooftop deck with 360 degree views. The home is equipped with refrigerated air conditioning in the main living area upstairs, including the master suite. The downstairs bedrooms offer portable evaporative coolers. After skiing come home & relax in the secluded hot tub amid the pinon trees.

Testimonial: Just wanted to let you know how happy we all were with the house. Everything was there that we needed - even sleds for the children the day it snowed - The house was so comfortable with little spaces to get away and read a book when one needed some alone time. The views were breathtaking and we spent many early mornings and evenings up on the deck looking at the sunrise, sunset,etc. I fell in love with Santa Fe and hope to get back there someday. A wonderful family vacation and Christmas was very special this year. We even put up a tree and hung their stockings for Santa to fill. Many thanks to you for finding us the perfect house! --JD

This home is located near Pinon Sanctuary, Enchanting Casita, Susan's Hideaway, Plaza Splendor, and Magdelena at the Plaza, and when leased together can accommodate a larger group traveling together or multiple families looking to stay close in proximity to one another.Please note, this home may require the use of a 4-wheel drive vehicle during winter months.

My girlfriends from grad school get together every October. This year we decided on Santa Fe, and we couldn't have picked a better place! Sunrise at Sangre was absolutely beautiful, the scenery was stunning and everyone at Kokopelli was helpful. We used all the rooms in the house and took full advantage of the hot tub. We would all love to come back again!
