About this property

This house is perfect for 2 to 6 people, enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home.
1 King bed downstairs and 2 queen beds upstairs and a bathroom on each floor. Our guests in the past have been traveling nurses, PG&E workers and digital nomads.

The house is an older cottage style with all the modern necessities.

The front and back yards are available to guests. There is a separate unit in the back that is currently being remodeled, at this time there is no active work being done.

We are always available via Airbnb messenger, text or call if there is an emergency.

Mix of commercial and residential in this neighborhood area.

There is a walking/biking path within a few minute walk, and many fast and casual food establishments nearby.
- Marshall hospital is a 5 min drive.
- Highway 50 Freeway access less than 2 min.

There is also another ADU / Granny flat on the property. Currently no one lives or rents this portion and it will be going through a remodel at some point in the future.
