With stunning views across Port Stephens and sandy beach just metres from the back door this exclusive architecturally designed waterfront also offers a tiled and air conditioning open plan living area, with views from almost every angle, beach and nautical styling, leather lounge suite, TV, DVD and sliding glass door access to one of the waterfront balconies which includes an outdoor setting. The dining area adjacent has a square timber dining table, 8x wicker chairs, water views when you dine plus sliding glass door access to the 2nd covered waterfront balcony with 2 lounge chairs. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped and includes stainless steel appliances including family size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wall oven, glass stove top, granite bench-tops including a breakfast bar with 3x stools.

The spacious master bedroom with high ceilings has a queen size bed, side tables, built-in robe, access to the entrance balcony and a private ensuite bathroom with walk-in glass shower, vanity and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has a double size bed, side tables and robe with the 3rd bedroom offering 2x bunk beds. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity with the toilet separate. Leave the car and walk just 400m to Salamander Bay Village Shops where you will find a newsagent, bakery, butcher, IGA, bottle-shop and Thai restaurant or stroll 900m in the other direct to the Soldiers Point Bowling Club which has a bistro with childrens playground, roll-up bowls, TAB and entertainment. Le Miller Horizons Golf Resort is approximately 3.2km from the apartment for guests who want to challenge themselves on the championship course or moor your vessel at the award winning Soldiers Point Marina, just 2.5km from the property.

4WD enthusiasts can access Stockton Beach for a swim in the ocean or drive the full length of the beach past the Signa Ship wreck, with towering sand dunes on one side and the Tasman Sea on the other side (Approx. 32km). Visit the port between mid-May and mid-November when the humpback whales migrate up and down the east coast or visit our friendly local bottle-nose dolphins who call Port Stephens home.
