An expansive, new back deck is the place to gather for spectacular sunsets over the saltmarsh. Couples enjoy the tranquility of the Point, while larger families relish the peace-of-mind and ease-of-living of this gated summer retreat. This cottage is tastefully updated with vintage cottage furnishings while still offering today's modern conveniences. A first floor open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze with a newer kitchen and large dining area. What to do?: You have the choice of two beautiful beaches on the Point. One beach offers a large pier with swim steps and a floating swim platform, while the other offers a longer spanse of beach for a quieter stroll and beach combing. For the more active bunch, the point offers 3 tennis courts, a 6-hole practice golf course, a community center with various activities & entertainment for adults and children, summer programs & lessons are offered and a new playground set awaits the younger children. Or maybe you'll spend your time fishing for that Salter's Point trophey striper from the jetty, or exploring by kayak the beautiful shoreline, or catching the late afternoon breeze on a wind surfer... or maybe your style is to sit back and watch the world go by....it's all possible, at Salter's Point!
