Two minutes from the Santa Cruz quarter, one minute to Plaza Nueva, the financial center of the city and three minutes from the District of Arenal. Very close to almost everything that happens in this city.

In the heart of the historical center we find this wonderful 120 m2 house plus terrace with views to the Giralda, elevator and distributed on three magnificent floors.

The first floor has a bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi, sauna and five balconies facing the street. On the second floor we have the large and elegant living room with five balconies to the street and a guest toilet. On the third floor we find the kitchen and terrace with views of the Giralda.

The House has a lift, high ceilings, heating, air conditioning, extraordinary qualities make this magnificent property a dream place to enjoy a wonderful holiday in this beautiful city.

Home at Homes was created by two people: Karin Wallis, half English and half Swedish has lived most of her life in Madrid and Nono de Barco, 100% Sevillano down to the marrow, has lived in Seville all of his life. We created Home at Homes as we wish to do something different: take peoples charming homes and transform them into rentals, keeping the magic and charm the owners created when they built their home but at the same time making it comfortable and adequate for our clients such as giving them plenty of empty cupboard space, ensuring the only food in the fridge is the one of our welcome hamper and making sure everything is working correctly and is sparkling clean so that when you arrive, the property will feel like instant home to you too. There are no two properties alike, nor are there two guest exactly alike but we do trust we will have the right home for you.

SPACIOUS RESTORED HOME IN HISTORIC SEVILLA

The property was exactly as described. My daughter and I enjoyed the spaciousness, the great kitchen located on the top with the terrace--great for wine and cheese--we even cooked breakfast and an occasional other meal. The spa was a welcome treat, as was the convenient of the elevator. The location for shopping and restaurants was perfect--we felt secure (especially with the alarm system) and, generally, in a safe area in beautiful, historic Sevilla. The extra touches--lavender-scented sheets, soft towels, a refrig stocked with some basics--all were designed with the comforts of home. The air-conditioning was superb. I really can't think of any major negatives. To grouse would be picayune. We were met promptly by a representave near the bull ring area as we had a car and were trying to find the place--He easily guided us in and located a nearby parking garage. It was wonderful, and we thank our hosts heartily!

GREAT PROPERTY AND LOCATION

This property is in a great location close to all the main attractions. A spacious lounge and bedroom with a lot of charm and very nice furnishings. My only minor criticism would be more lighting was needed in the lounge, and a kettle should be provided in the kitchen. Otherwise good service from the manager and I would recommend this property.

Bel maison, complet et vraiment en plein centre ville, l'accueil des propriétaires est sympa et serviables, ville splendide. Excellent qualité Prix.

Il faut environ 3 minutes à pied (sans se presser) pour aller à la cathédrale, balade très agréable dans les ruelles du quartier historique.

Petits commerçants à proximité.
