“a neighborhood like north beach is a rare thing. It manages to be a perennial hit with tourists as well as remain beloved by san franciscans. It is best known as “little italy” and of all the neighborhoods in san francisco, north beach feels most like new york. The bustling sidewalls filled with tables of diners chowing down on pizza and fried calamari, the small, quirky specialty shops, and the plethora of bakeries, delis and old fashioned bars combine in a vibrant, changing neighborhood.” sf.- chronicle.

I look forward to hosting you in San Francisco!
I'm originally from Texas, but have lived in San Francisco for over 10 years now. I love art, jogging the embarcadero, learning new things, and sharing great experiences with my friends and family. I couldn't ask for anything more in San Francisco, from great healthy food, always having something to do, and a story at every corner!
Eli purchased this apartment in 2010
I fell in love with the neighborhood years ago. This apartment is a stones throw away from amazing restaurants, nightlife, and 360 - breathtaking city views at Coit Tower! You're 5 minutes from almost everything you could want to do in San Francisco. Safe at night. And I love the live Music every night at Grant street (two blocks away). But luckily, it IS two blocks away, because this one bedroom is so quiet compared to most other SF units I've lived in.
Beautifully remodeled, radiant floor heating, kitchen built for entertaining, surround sound throughout, jetted spa tub and rain shower. In SF, ALL the adorable Edwardians are amazing, but NONE have been updated (almost none :) or remodeled to the level THIS building has. The radiant floor heating allows you to enjoy the beautiful fog, from the warmth inside our unit. Also, our water heater units allow you to take hot showers as long as you want (also not a luxury you usually get to enjoy in an older Edwardian building). The Airplay is great to in the morning when getting ready for work (or in your case - vacation:) I love this unit because you get to enjoy Famous San Francisco Edwardian home, with all the new amenities and technologies of today :)
Great one bedroom unit in a perfect location. Top of the line finish-out including kitchen and bathroom. Wonderful view from the bedroom window of downtown including the TransAmerica tower. Perfect unit for an individual or couple visiting SF. This part of the city is great - numerous restaurants. Easy walk into Chinatown or up to Fisherman's Wharf, etc. Bus lines are a couple of blocks away and will get you into downtown very easily and from there you get get the Muni trains or BART to go all over the city and the entire Bay Area.
We arrived a little early and couldn't get in however the gentleman who came by to clean the unit was extremely pleasant and at least let us store our suitcases in the unit.We had a great pizza down the street and walked around until the owner called and told us it was ready.Other than not providing any hand soap we would also suggest coasters for the wooden night stands. What a very efficient home with just about everything one would need for an enjoyable stay.We walked just about everywhere and only needed a taxi for a few places. We would definitely come back and stay again.John and Laura.
In a quaint North Beach neighborhood, just a block from Coit Tower and steps away from the cafes, bars and restaurants of Little Italy sits this modern spacious and well appointed apartment. Tastefully decorated with warm furnishings, I immediately felt comfortable upon my arrival. Complete with a well equipped kitchen, LARGE bedroom, a luxurious bath and a welcoming living room, this apartment has no shortcomings. The perks of a dedicated Liebherr wine rack, the heated floors and washer/dryer definitely came in handy! With views of the Trans-America Pyramid and the downtown skyline, you can rest assured the bedroom view is one to not soon be forgotten. As you step outside, you find yourself emerged in a culture thriving on fresh foods, hot cappuccinos and a strong sense of carpe diem.
Eli's apartment is bold and beautiful and definitely enhanced my visit to this amazing part of the world.
Many thanks for your hospitality!
We were amazed at this trendy and cozy apartment. The view was beautiful and the neighborhood was a great spot to experience San Fransisco. A block from Coit Tower and close to great restaurants we could have fun just staying around the apartment. I would recommend eating breakfast at Mama's. The kitchen had everything we needed and every room felt spacious and complete. The heated floors were also an unexpected luxury. For our next visit to San Fransisco we will definitely be staying here again.
This flat was centrally located, had a great view and was nicely furnished. I'd love to come stay again when I have business in San Francisco. Thanks Eli for being a great host.
