Stunning Views, Great Rates, Beautiful 2BR Waterfront Condo

We so enjoyed our stay at this 700+-square-foot, two-bedroom condo. Its neutral decor, comfy layout and well-equipped kitchen provided us with a week we won't soon forget. Within walking distance were excellent, white-sand beaches, the coastal waterway and lively Pensacola Beach restaurants and boutiques. Highly recommended to eat is Cactus Flower, featuring California Mexican cuisine, where locals gather. Warmer weather, more bedside table lamps for reading and just a tad more energy to climb the 30-steps up and down to the entrance to the condo would have added to our fond memories. However, overall, this is an excellent place to book. The condo owner was most helpful and informative, both before the booking and afterwards. We highly recommend it.

Duane, Your condo turned out to be a great stay for my wife, daughter and I. The place was well appointed ( two TVs, two full baths, washer and dryer, cd player and nicely appointed kitchen. We cooked there and found the kitchen had most everything we needed. I would have liked to have one more, larger, frying pan, but it was a minor convenience. Eating establihments are in easy distance and served good casual food. We liked Peg Leg Petes and Flounders. We liked that the location was out of the heavy traffic areas. It was quiet, but only 3 or 4 minutes to the strip of stores and ferris wheel. Nice view of Pensacola Bay from the deck. Since I like to walk and jog I was out where I could take off westward to the Ranger Station and make a u turn when I got tired or just cut over to the beach . Must have been a couple of miles at least. In late Feb there was me, some fishermen and maybe 20 other people walking 9 miles of beach. That was fine with me. I am sure that the beach is much more busy in the summer We didn't get to use the free trolley as it doesn't run until May; great idea and must be well used in the summer.
I recommend visiting Fort Pickens and the Naval Aviation Museum.

Loved my visit to Pensacola Beach. The condo was everything advertized. Beautiful on the inside and wonderful views on the outside. I will definetly be back! Thank You Mr. Nisewonger!
