Very nice location, well laid out condo with a loft that has its own bath. Kitchen is spacious with every cooking tool needed vs. limited cooking tools most rentals have, top of the line Viking oven and state of the art refrigerator. A walk in laundry room with separate washer & dryer with no noise noticed when operating. Bedrooms are warm with huge walk in closet in master, both bathrooms downstairs were perfect with walk in shower for my handicapped Mom. Screened in porch is really big with an adjacent outdoor deck, both overlooking a peaceful lagoon. Really nice area for restaurants and shopping. To top it off, the LOCAL owners are great to work with and you can tell by our stay that everything was thought of as if they were staying there. I would rate it as one of the most accommodating stays I have ever experienced in my travels!
