Perfect! Thanks Art and Brian for making our first visit to Vancouver a great one. Art was so helpful in answering my questions prior to arriving and once there he met us at the agreed upon time and showed us around the unit and building. Brian met us at the end of our stay to follow up. Both men as pleasant and easy to work with.

The unit was spotless. All the amenities are as described. The beds are comfortable and kitchen is easy to use. The PS3 system was a bonus for our kids after a long day of sightseeing! Our family of four was very comfortable in this condo. Even the concierge employees in the building are great.

The location couldn't be any better. Easy access to grocery stores, public transportation and walking distance to all sorts of tourist sights. An evening stroll to the waterfront was a perfect way to end our days.

My family all agreed that we picked the best place to stay in Vancouver.

Perfect location for downtown Vancouver stay

This condo is ideally located for a downtown Vancouver trip and comes with internet and parking. The unit itself is clean and the kitchen allows making coffee and breakfast in the room very convenient. There is laundry in the unit. The storage room is a large open closet off the master ensuite bathroom, which worked as a great spot to put a travel crib for our toddler. The condo is one block to Robson Street, very close to multiple restaurants, and close to the sea wall for walking or running. I very much enjoyed my stay at this unit and will likely be back.

Clean and secure

This condo is located on the 10th floor in a building at the corner of Alberni and Bute. A key fob controls access to the floor and underground parking garage, a nice security measure. The parking garage is tight and a small challenge to exit so don’t bring a big car if you are driving. The owner was there at the appointed hour to check us in /out and available when we had an issue with one of the showers. The condo had a well-stocked kitchen which we appreciated for breakfast and a quick dinner one night. It has a peak-a-boo view of the harbor. The condo is within walking distance to the cruise line terminal and would make a nice home base for a few nights before or after a cruise. A few things to know about Vancouver in general, it is a city for walkers so bring your walking shoes! Most of the condos / apartments I’ve seen don’t have much square footage. Be prepared for a tight second bedroom. Very few condos have air conditioning – this one doesn’t which made for a warm evening – but the owner provides a fan. The vertical blinds provide privacy but do not darken the room. As much as I LOVE the sun it was very bright at 5:00 AM. Don’t let any of this scare you away. This condo is clean, has comfortable new furnishings, is within walking distance to most of the tourist sites, and the owner was responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

A beautiful Apartment in the perfect location of downtown Vancouver.

A beautiful, clean,modern, tastefully furnished apartment. The master bed was so cozy I could have slept all day. Best location for dining and shopping. A short walk gets you to the waterfront and Stanley Park. We defiantly will choose this apartment again. Our host was truly accommodating and we look forward to our next stay in Vancouver, BC.
