Suburb of Stirling - Large house with two living areas, outside entertainment area, undercover with gas BBQ. Pretty outlook onto garden and lawn. Outdoor shower if needed (hot water), 3 bedrooms - 2 with queensized beds and 1 with 2 king singles.
The Stirling train station can be accessed by walking for 20 minutes or bus close by. Perth has very good public transport system. Perth's weather is great in the summer and very mild in the winter - often sunny even in the middle of winter!

Our house is located in a small quiet estate within easy access of city shops and entertainment, but very close access to corner grocery store and coffee shop/cafe.
