The Garden Terrace includes a bedroom with a queen bed, private bath with a shower, a comfy sitting room and a new kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Guests can handle breakfast on their own or join us for breakfast in the community dining room.
This two room suites includes a private terrace on the garden and a private patio with views of the harbor. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor grill, and the gardens. The suite is air conditioned, includes cable television and free WiFi.
We purchased the inn in 2005 and ran it as a bed and breakfast for 8 years. In 2013 we renovated the rooms in our annex and turned the rooms into 2 room suites with new kitchenettes and air conditioning.

This property offers the benefit of a quiet apartment built around our garden with lovely harbor views. Guests love the quiet and the space, but also enjoy the opportunity to walk into the village for dinner and shopping.
We are in the center of Acadia National Park, within hiking distance of mountain trails and swimming lakes but we are also only two blocks from the center of the village. We are 20 minutes from Bar Harbor and on the free bus route around the island of Mt Desert.
After a relaxing morning drinking your coffee while sitting on your private patio, enjoying our gardens and water views, guests can take a hike or bike ride into Acadia. We are a short bike ride from Seawall and the Bass Harbor Light House and a short hike to great mountain trails.
After a day in the park you can come home to your relaxing apartment and then take a short walk into town to enjoy one of our amazing restaurants or to enjoy an ice cream as you window shop at our cute shops.
Days can be spent in Bar Harbor, exploring our many museums, taking a ferry ride to the Cranberry Islands or just enjoying the park.
